It is not a milk issue, but a latch issue, correct? Milk supply IS NOT effected by breast size.

Studies show each woman has a different storage capacity for milk, which means each woman delivers a different amount of milk at feedings. “It was also noted that the women who had larger storage capacities often nursed at longer intervals, whereas women with smaller storage capacities nursed at more frequent intervals. Breast size was not always a good predictor of production or storage capacity, and all of the women had the ability to produce plenty of milk over 24 hours. What varied was the amount of milk that could be delivered at one feeding. “

And everyone has latch issues, it's just for different reasons! LOL I had latch issues with both my boys because I have large pendant breasts and both my boys suck their tongue, my oldest was also a lazy nurser and I had supply issues due to supplementing.

If you need any additional help feel free to email me.

It's not quite in the price range you mentioned, but American Eagle's Aerie bras tend to run small in my experience. If you're between a B and a C, you could probably wear a 32 C from there. Once upon a time, that's what I wore. (Now while I'm breastfeeding I apparently need a 30DD, which I refuse to spend money on.) I used to buy the cotton bras, so I'm not sure if the other types run small also. They usually have some on sale for around $20, but you can sometimes get them even cheaper if you go to the store and buy the colors that didn't sell (once I got a green and yellow striped one really cheap, haha). I hope this helps! I know how frustrating it is when you don't fit into any bras. Good luck!

Breastfeeding has absolutely nothing to do with the size of your breasts. All you need to do is trust yourself. God made us able to feed our babies, and he will give you what you need. Always let your baby nurse from you. Don't deny her/him even if it's just to use you as a pacifier. The more they are at the breast, the more milk you will produce. You don't have to fill full or look big or anything of that matter in order to be able to nurse your baby. Never doubt yourself. Just put youyr baby to the breast and nature will take over. The more often your baby is at the breast, the better for both of you.

I would say get a good book. It took me a while to get used to it. I have to different sized breasts. The larger one is easier for her to latch on to. I would say that the position is important. Try holding the baby different ways and changing the position you sit in. At first I could only hold my daughter in what I believe was the football hold. Then I was able to change it up a little. Hang with it as long as you can if its important to you. Once you start bottles you won't go back. If you can find someone you trust to help then use them. I found it easier to just try things myself. Good luck.

Size has nothing to do with production. Milk production is all based on supply and demand. The more often you nurse, the more milk you will make.

Do you mean positioning?

Be more specific about what your problem is and maybe we can help you.

Milk production shouldn't have anything to do with your size. Are you drinking and eating enough? Is it a latching on problem, or a milk production problem?

no but if that's the case just pump and feed in a bottle that resembles your nipples.
