My boyfriend thinks they didn't cut it so the child was attached for a while. Is that possible? What if no one ever cut the cord, we would all be attached, no war??!!

my 11 months old ( my 3rd child) keeping jerking out my 5 year olds hair not just pulling she grabs and jerks and when she does it she looks straight at me. Waiting for me to do something? Its like she knows its something she is not supposed to do. I'll be prying her hand out of 5 year olds hair and she will grab with the other hand. I know part of it is shes a baby and will out grow but I think she also recognizes that she is not supposed to do this or i wouldnt get that stare down when she does it. Also she rarely pulls my hair or other peoples hair. I need some advise before my 5 year old becomes bald!!!!!

My 3 month old daughter Matilda has had a cradle cap since she was 1 month old. Nothing i've used has really kept it at bay. I was just wondering what anyone else has used to effectively help get rid of it. All replies appreciated and thanked in advance.

I know this is my second question regarding babies' hair in like 10 minutes LOL but I swear I'm not a weirdo! Anyway, Here's the question:

After my daughter's bath (she's 3.5 mo. old), I comb her hair the same way. One day when I was combing it, my mother-in-law said, "Are you training her hair?" I had no idea what she was talking about! Anyway...I tried to comb my daughter's hair the other way after her next bath and it was impossible! I didn't know you could "train" a baby's hair to comb to one side and not the other!? This was NOT my intention... IS THIS TRUE??

So, my baby is almost 4 mo. old. She was born with a ton of hair, but now, it is falling out (mostly on one side of her head). I'm thinking about trimming her hair in order to get it a little more even, but I'm really not ready to give her her first hair cut! (Her hair is already starting to fall into her eyes, by the way).

Have any other mommies/daddies dealt with this problem? Should I trim it or just let it be? Looking for opinions.

p.s. You can *sort of* see what I'm talking about in some of her pics on our family web site..... here's the link: http://tromblyfamily.blogspot.com/

What can I do my daughter cries and it breaks my heart every time she is in her car seat. I have tried loosening the straps and that didn't work. I try and make sure she is comfortable and she still cries. And I have left the little flap open on the cover we bought to go over and that didn't work either. please help.

The mom is going through some difficult times right now and doesn't seem to care or want to do anything about it. I've tried to talk to her about it and all she says is "that little bast*** won't shut up" I don't think it's normal and she's unwilling to take him to the doctor... should i call Child protective services? Does anyone have any experience with this type of situation? Any advice is greatly appreciated. oh, and before i get the "take him yourself" responses, i tried that but she wouldn't let me take him. she said it will be fine on it's own!

She wants my family which consists of several aunts and uncles brothers and grandparents to go to her house to see the baby. She said that is to far to drive to take a newborn? As of now I am driving to her house everyother weekend to see my son and havent asked her to come to me. Just think my family has a right to see my baby boy and my whole family shouldnt have to drive down there. Oh before you all rip me a knew one. I suggested driving her there and back. All I did was asked her when would a good time be. Can I get your opinion on this.

Thanks

Tim

i had a c-section on 9-14-06, i had none of the "normal" bleeding afterwards, exactly six weeks after my c-section i had my first period, it was fine, my last 2 periods have been late, and on the second day of my periods i have severly bad stomach cramps(make you stay in bed, in the fetal position all day cramps), all over my stomach, not just the lower section, my incision mark is still numb and the area underneath always hurts..anyone else had this happen? i have a dr appointment but it's a week away
