I used Confirm Clearly pregnancy tests, and my doc took a blood test so we know I'm not pregnant. Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone know why this may have happened?

and just for him to see that I'm right. He thinks that its unhealthy for the baby to cry and he also thinks that I shouldn't let the baby sleep in the car seat all night (the baby is more comfortable that way). What do you say?

Yesterday, I went to a thing with my baby and there was this breast chick and her progeny sitting across from us. She had a tiny month old, but was too scared to feed her own kid. No one would have given a damn, but she eventually got the father to take the fidgeting baby downstairs. When my baby was drinking her bottle, she was all staring at her right crooked, like she was pissed or something. Why do they have to be so evil just because you are feeding your baby? No one was prohibiting her from whipping out a boob, she could've fed hers too. Only difference, I really wouldn't have been staring at her because I prefer not to see chicks boobs, and I doubt anyone else in the gathering would have looked (or cared). So they have to make bottle users feel uncomfortable because they are? Is that what the game is?

cause she wasn't eating right and what she would eat, she would throw up. The Dr. told me that she has acid reflux and she also has colic. But he didn't give anything for her. What can I give her for relief until she sees her pediatrician? BTW, shes a month old today.

My baby will be 3 months on the 2nd of Oct. and when he sleeps, he will get out of the swaddle, and squirm a bit till he's laying on his side, then he'll go back to sleep... When we try to put him back on his back, he has a fit.. Is this unusual, and what about SIDS.. I am going to call the Dr. about it, but right now I just want another mothers or fathers opinion....

Someone told me to feed him cereal before he sleeps but his doctor told me not to feed him for for six months... could he be waking up earlier because he's ready for food? He's been sleeping through the night since he was 2 weeks ( i know i'm lucky) but now he's been waking up hours before he use to and sleeping more during the day... He's also a lot more cranky with this new schedule. Any suggestions?

I am just wondering which foods to give my almost 6 mth old. I have been giving him Heinz beginner foods for over 1.5 mths now on the advice of our physician, but I don't know where to go next. Should I try meats? He has tried green beans, squash, sweet potato, peas, carrots, pears, applesauce, bananas, and peaches with no problems. Since he has been eating these for awhile can he now move on to more advanced food? I am asking because is the underlying reason for waiting to start meats and combination food, and the healthy foods we eat because or the potential allergy risks or because the baby hasn't developed digestively speaking yet? He is very eager to eat anything I give him! Can I give him mashed bananas and avocado at his age, please help!

My dh and I have been together for 10 yrs, married for 7. We've always been very close. But since the pregnancy and birth of our very much wanted baby boy, I'm seeing different traits in my dh that I'm not too happy with (selfishness especially). I'm back at work, and I'm still paying 1/2 the bills, so it's not a $ thing, and we have very good childcare coverage and plenty of time to spend as just husband and wife (every Sat night is date night.) Rgh. Is this permanent?!

My little girl is 4 months old and is very constipated. This morning she started to cry. She was pushing then she would scream out in pain. It was all I could do to keep myself calm. I just talked to her and rubbed her belly. Not trying to gross anyone out, but I could see it comming out of her little butt. I'm not sure what I need to do. I called the doctor this morning and she said to try dark brown sugar in her milk. I'm trying that now. Is there anything else I could do if this doesnt work? Is this normal for a 4 month old? Has anyone else had this experiance?

My 9 month old is starting to like finger foods. She likes those gerber veggie puffs. I am so afraid to trey new things with her, because I think she might choke on something. She doesnt actually gum the puffs, but more moves it around on her tongue till it gets soggy enough for her to swallow. Any suggestions on what else to try with her? Thanks!
