I looked it up and its this object you sit on and um... well you look it up. I'm not getting flagged. Anyway, I asked my sister about it and she told me should didn't care being she rather her use it then go out and get knocked up with boys.

My sister's husband however highly disagrees. He said if I buy it for her for her birthday, she can have it. But she would be grounded for a long time for receiving the gift and that she would have to get used to being in her room between school. I think its unfair.

Anyway, Is this an inapproriate gift? I just want to give her what she wants and my sister is ok with it.

Well, I read a bunch of Q&As on yahoo, and it seems that the majority of adults are against teenagers partying, doing drugs, having sex...etc etc. BUT after reading a lot of questions that teen mothers have posted, I noticed that a lot of people are posting things like "you are missing out on partying and friends" (Partying and friends a lot of the time lead to alcohol, drugs, and sex) So why do so many use that phrase in supporting their opinion of teenagers not getting pregnant, and yet also use it as an example of what teens should not do.

For anyone who says partying is better than getting pregnant, refer back to where I said that partying tends to leads to alcohol, drugs, and sex (which is where babies come from).

My older sister and I got into a huge verbal argument. I became fed up and called her a f**king c**t and she got mad as hell. She dragged me by the arm to the kitchen sink and pinned me against it . She grabbed the bottle of Palmolive dish liquid, and forced some of that horrid stuff in my mouth. When I was able to get away I ran to the bathroom and did my best to rinse out my mouth; by adding water it made it foam up more. I still can't get this horrible taste out of my mouth; I've been rinsing it for hours.

I found out that my 12 year old son was looking for porn on the internet. There were about 20 different searches in the google history. He was very embarrassed when I confronted him about it. I know that kids his age are curious, but I just don't know what to say to him so as not to make him feel ashamed about his curiosity. This is the second time he has done this. The first being a few months ago. I bought a couple of books for kids about sex that I bought for him in case it came up again and I just gave them to him after we talked about it, but I feel like he should talk to someone. He says that it is embarrassing and doesn't want to talk to my husband or his grandfather about it. I told him that the computer is completely off limits for the rest of the year unless it is school related and I am with him. The computer is in a high traffic area of the house and he was doing this when I wasn't home. I don't want to make a bigger deal out of this than it is. Any thoughts?

Well at a party yesterday I lost my viginity to my gf and afterwards we talked about what had just happened
after almost an hour of talking we desided it would be best to not tell anyone besides one choosen person (each)
is that a good idea I mean neither one of us wanted to get in trouble or have this major talk on stuff our school already talks about is that a logical thing to have done?

Well, I told my parents that I was going out to eat and then to the movies and that I would probably be home around midnight! Well, the truth is that I was really going to a party at my friend's house! Luckily, my parents believed me and went to bed before I got home! Well anyways, people were drinking there and I must admit that I was drinking but not as much as my friend. anyways, at the end of the party she was pretty drunk so we had to sneak into my house. I forgot that my 22 year old sister came home from college for the weekend and was home! She was still awake (this was around 1 AM) anyways, she heard us come in and i am pretty sure she could tell we were drunk, my friend especially and i'm sure she heard my friend throwing up in the toilet all night! anyways, i'm pretty sure she will tell my mom and i don't want her to do that! do you think i should approuch my sister and tell her everything that happenned?

I am 13 years old and I have always been fairly popular in school. I have also been fun and outgoing but in a safe way. But lately, I feel like time is going by too fast and that I havent done anything superly life changing and I feel like my life is getting to be so boring. What can I do to change this feeling because i m getting very depressed about this?

My parents tell my 16-year-old sister to come home at midnight, and most of the time she wanders in at 4AM. When my parents confront her about it, she acts as if she has a right to come in that late. My parents go to work early in the morning, and can't monitor her that late at night because they have to sleep. When they try and ground her, she goes out anyway, either from work or school. She's sassy, beligerant, never does any chores, and sleeps all day. She's already been kicked out, but my parents can't kick her out now because she has nowhere to go. I was never that way when I was young, I was reclusive and obeyed my parents. What should they do?

My mother won't let me get a phone until i'm 16, so whenever I go places with my friends, I always keep a phone that has no service in my purse. I know it seems retarted, but I do it. My friends don't care b/c I told them it was for emergencies only, but what do you all think?

My son has been suspended from school for being in a fight with another boy. Both have been suspended. I am worried about him, that if I don't guide him well he might become violent. He is a good kid, intelligent, good grades, but he has anger issues. I don't know how to handle this. I have told him no TV, internet, X-Box or PSP for 1 month. I know he feels bad. But I don't know how to talk to him. I would also like to know if there are any online counseling services. I can't afford a therapist. I have an 11-year old, and the older one sometimes hits his brother as well.
