I have been with my bf for about a year and 3 months now. i am young, but i love him..please dont judge my relationship or me having a sexual relationship atmy age, im not looking for people to go off on what im doing. I am looking to see pples opinions on what to do. im pregnant, about 6 weeks, i have been trying to get my mind clear and decide what im going to do but i just cant, its really hard. my boyfriend wants an abortion, but im 85% sure i want to keep the baby. the only thing pushing me away from keeping it, and getting an abortion, is my boyfriend and my age. my mom wants to keep it she said shes here for me and expects to suport the baby most of the way.i dont go to school i have my ged and im going to college in about 1 or2yrs. i have a job.im being responsible with all of my decisions and i plan on being an art teacher. i cry everytime i think of abortion, and im very bipolar and suicidal and i dont believe i can deal with how im going to feel after i get an abortion.

I've already threatened to cut him off financially but that doesn't seem to bother him - he says you only give me 20 a week for lunch anyway! Which by the way we found out he's spending on dope. So, when we told him we weren't giving him cash anymore we were going to give him gift cards to subway or another restaurant in town for lunch (he's still in high school) he absolutely LOST IT!

I know Feb. 14th is far from now but I have a boyfriend and found this cute heart necklace that he could give me since we will probably switch gifts. I intend on giving him some money to pay for it (it's like 20 dollars plus tax.) Is it wrong for me to give him the money to buy me th gift.

Or I want a Dereon dress with some baby phat shoes:

(i'd give him the money for that too.)

Is it wrong for me to give him money to pay for my own gift(s)?

Our 14yr old son who will be 15 in Feb. insists that he can fend for himself and can be trusted to be left alone for two days.
He is an honor student, (which really doesn't matter now a days), well behaved, and seems responsible enough to be left alone.
We are planning a short get away about an hour away and he does not want to go with us.
I have searched the web and there is really nothing stating a "legal" age. We are in NC state, and nothing stated with child services.
There will be family near by, about 3 miles away, and friends and neighbors.
Nowadays, I really don't know if there is a legal age.
I was left alone at the age of 12 for a couple of days, way back when, but times have changed.
Can anyone give me "facts", or a website to confirm my question?
Thank you all!

i am 18 yrs old and recently lost my virginity (about a year ago). now in the yr 2007, i have been pregnant two times. the first time i got an abortion (parents didnt know) and the 2nd time, i had a miscarriage (parents didnt know). i have never used birth control. call me stupid but my parents are not the type to tell me that i need to be safe if i am sexually active. they are the type of parents that say "you better not have sex!!" but in reality, it was bound to happen. i am 18 yrs old and have a boyfriend so it is a possibility of us having sex. but my parents are in denial of us having sex. i am human and it is likely for teens to have sex. so is the reason i have been pregnant 2 times this yr. my parents fault because they did not educate me on birth control???

My mom won't let me be on the swim team, because she hates bathing suits and hates to see me wearing them. Although I'm pretty skinny (not really stick-SKINNY), but people say I have a nice body, and I don't really see the problem. Anyway, I LOVE to swim, something I live to do, but my mom won't let me be on the team, just because of the clothing I'll have to wear.

Also, I love psychology. My mom took it in college and hated it. Therefore, she's not allowing me to take AP psychology next year--but I love the subject. It's one of my most favorite subjects ever, and I want to major in it, but my mom won't let me because she thinks it will corrupt my mind.

How do I convince my mom about these two things?

A question for the Men I need your opinions?
Ok, from my experiences with guys. Exactly every guy that I've talked to or been with comes back every time I ended with them. Would you say it's because I'm the one that leaves first or I don't know. I need your opinion

An overview of myself in a relationship: I am usually very loving and caring. And I try to be supportive as much as I can, but I am also very fun to talk to and it is easy for me to understand guys. I've been told before that I think like a guy. For some reason, guys think that they can take my kindness for weakness (silly guys). But they've come to found that I don't take no **** from anyone and I always stand my ground no matter what (which is the reason why I never go back to old relationship). I haven't had that many relation ship with guys (I can count in one hand). I've only been sexually involved with two (only had sex once with both: woudn't call it a sexual experience). So Men, Why do they come back?

My 15 year old daughter is not responsible. She gets up late and then throws a fit because I did not wake her up. I have told her that I will not wake her up on the weekends or weekdays.

She constantly throws tantrums because she can not manage her time and study when she should. She throws things around our apartment.

She also does not appreciate anything that I do for her. Today, she woke up late and I gave her a cereal bar to eat for breakfast. She did not have time to eat cereal. She threw it on the floor and said "I will just be hungry." Then, I went back and gave it to her.

She also said "I can't print my paper at school because its late." I said "You got up late." She complained because I was "rude" to her.

I leave her alone to study and go to the store and I find out from the cell phone records that she is on the phone......

I don't know how to let her know she is not doing the right things....tantrums and phone instead of studying....

I'm 17 years old. I really want a car now, but I will need one when I go off to college soon. I know that the standard answer for this question is "get a job", but there are many reasons why I can't do that.

1. I am in all honors courses at my school. This means I have at least 2 hours of homework every night, but usually more.

2. I spend a lot of time working for volunteer organizations. Neither me or my parents want me to give this up.

3. I spend a lot of time with my youth group. We only meet once a week, but there are a lot of retreats. I'm also a student leader so I have to do a lot of extra things with that.

4. Extracurricular activities! They take up tons of time.

My parents can afford to get me a car. We aren't at all rich, but we live comfortably. My parents just aren't convinced that they should buy me a car or not.

My friend has this wierd problem and she has written an email to me. What should I tell her?

She is 16, living in a 2 bedroom apt with her mother, father & brother. Her brother is 13. She shares the other bedroom with her brother. She hasnt finished school and cant move out.
Her brother mostly stays at home in his shorts and doesnt wear underwear under that. He says that he feels very uncomfortable wearing underwear. This has led to 2-3 very embarassing situations for my friend. Sometimes, he gets erections...and has to walk out of the room covering it with tshirt/hand.

Specially when he gets up, he always has a erection. Its very embarassing for her.

Many times she has caught him staring at her cleavage/a*ss/undies if she bends down or something.

She feels if he is getting erections, he may be thinking sexual thoughts or may be 'looking' at her?

Her mom feels that he is just 'growing up' and 'its just hormones' and feels she is 'worried over nothing'. Help?

I'm a 13 yr old girl gonna be 14 really soon and he's 15 and he really liked me until i asked him what grade he was in and then he asked me and then was like i'm sorry i can't date an 8th grader but, he thought I was older and its not a big difference, my friend is gonna tell him its the personality and what not, and not the age. Do you think it's acceptable?

and using other excuses for kids and themselves such as "it is only natural" or "it is only human" or "mistakes happen" for lack of self control and negligible behavior?

do you think they give excuses like that for their children's irresponsible behavior and are ok with it if they do get into drugs, sex or alchol during their teenage years eventually?

is that why kids easily nowadays get into drugs, alcohol and sex (become skanks, sluts and man whores) at their early teens since they are not reprimanded when they are young and think they can get away with it ?

is this a pattern of parents screwin up themselves at their young age and just ok with it when their children do it instead of standing up and stopping it?
