They call it blue balls because it sometimes causes your "balls" to become sore. It is basically a tension created by not being able to ejaculate, therefore making some parts sore, or "blue" like referring to having them bruised. Blue balls means to have reached near to ejaculation and then an immediate stop, the word "Blue" is used as it can mean sad or unhappy etc.

Well they sell many different colors of balls at toy stores. But I don't think that's what you are asking.....relieve yourself for goodness sake!!!! I've never personally seen a "blue ball"...and I've been with a few very "needy" men!!!! :)

haha blue balls, is just when ou get really turned on, then it stops!!!! like if your girlfriend is doing things to you, then she just stops. thats blueballs!!! it sucks
and NO they dont actually turn blue

the actual name is pelvic congestion and it is caused by being aroused for too long and not ejaculating. Blood tends to pool and become less oxygenated(hence the name 'blue') and starts becoming very painful, like being hit on the nuts but on the inside. Hope it helped

OMG hun! ok well it's when a guy don't get off! (meaning during sex or ejaculation) guys get a kinda pain in their testicles! they don't really look blue, but they do hurt a little! and the way you can "heal" them is to ejaculate! not to gross you out or anything!
