I am 14 and my best friend is 15 and he wants to go out with this 12 year old in my class! He ask me if he should ask her, what should I tell him?

Ok I failed the first grade and I started at age 5 turning 6 in Sept. so I am 14 in 7th grade. My friend Joe failed some grade and started late also.

No. It would be to much for that 12 year old girl to handle, between the changes she is going through right now and school she would not be able to deal with it. and besides he is three years older then her. i don't think she needs a boyfriend right now anyways she should get to be a normal 12 year old girl who gets to hangout with her friends and family.

You should tell him no! When he is 18 she will be 15 and that makes her jail bait even though it may not seem like much of an age difference now it could cause a lot of problems, not only is a 15 year old male mind thinking of completely different things than a 12 year old female mind but if they do start dating what will happen when he turns 18? Will he still think it is ok to date girls who are 15? You should tell your friend to let the girl play with her barbies and look for someone his own age or focus on sports and hobbies!

I say no. I am a 12 year old girl who just got out of a relationship with a 15 year old guy. It was hard. We went to different schools, so I had no idea if he was cheating. You're probably gonna say I don't know anything about love, but I love him. Yesterday was the second time he has cheated on me. So we decided to break up. And I think it would also be hard because he is a 15 year old guy. So of course he is always horny. This makes him sound bad. but he was pretty nice about everything. Just don't let it happen, it would be too much for her like it was on me.

I see no issue with it. I am 15 years old myself and a boy, and have never dated anyone. I do have close friends who are 12 and younger, but there is nothing wrong with dating him. Hope it helps.

Because of the developmental differences between a 12 year old and a 15 year old not to mention the hormonal difference I would say he would do better to stay clear of her. If something was to happen he could be charged with a crime should her parents choose to go that route. He would be better served to seek someone 14 or older.

Tell him NO! A twelve yr old is not old enough to have a relationship especially with someone 15. My daughter will be 12 in January. She is very mature for her age, but I have always told her, "no boyfriends until her older sister has one." Just so you know, I do not have another daugher, only a son. But I tell him the same thing. She says girls at school her age have boyfriends one day and then the next day they break up. One girl started screaming and my daughter had to tell her to shut up that she was making a scene. My daughter told me I was right, having a boyfriend is a stupid idea. Besides that they grow up to like dad. And that's not any better. I had to laugh at that comment. Tell him no no no no. Tell him it will also make him look like a pervert.

no. thats a big age difference at that age. when your 30 and 33 its not a big difference but 3 years is a big difference when your that young. he should go after a 14 15 or 16 yr old

Well i think u should tell him that she's too young for him and also he's to old for her. Also if something happens he can get arrested. Also it is not such a good idea. i think he can still be friends with her but not go out. Also what if her parents find out that boy may get in serious trouble. I hope that helps.

no he is crazy no 12 year old should have a 15 year old boyfriend!!! tell him to stay with girls his own age!!! he has nothing in common with a 12 year old and he certainly does not want to get her pregnant cause she is just a little girl ! good luck.

Thats not so bad since both of them are underage.The 12 year old parents probably won't like it but thats the only issue I see other than if she get pregnant or something like that.
