Seen a documentry Dispatches on Channel 4 Monday. (so many with Digital TV will still be able to see it.

How many parents have purchased any such toys? and it was not just young kids doing this.

Also things like magnetic jewelley where a young teen may have magnetic nose studs or how about a magnetic tougue stud?

i feel soo stupid for asking this because this is my second pregnancy, but i was just wondering if anyone has noticed this. I am 22 weeks pregnant and it feels or seems as if he NEVER sleeps EVER, im up most of the night because i am a light sleeper and him kicking wakes me up, he is kicking all night and all day the next day and it just seems he never quits, Is this normal?? or am i just over reacting?

like i said He just doesnt cry it out if you leave him be he gets louder we have only tried the cry it out method once maybe we should try it again. I dont know. We want him to sleep in his crib we want to get him off of sleeping with us. any advice?

My husband and I took a home dna test kit with our daughter and it came back 99.9% positive that he is her father. It said the chances were one in like 18 million. I was wanting to know if anyone has ever had any postive results that were actually nevgative. I had a one night fling with a friend after learning my husband had been cheating on me for a year but this was approx. 14 to 15 days later than my ultrasounds(3) measured me being. My husband and I patched things up and I know in my heart that he is our daughter's father. She is the identical image to him, same eyes, hair, nose, mouth, body shape and all.

My friend, Ayla, is an awsome friend. but she also makes the most stupidest decisions. ok, we're both 16. and both from large families. she has 2 older sibs, and 5 younger ones. She was supposed to be babysitting the other night, but then her boyfriend calls (the guys a jerk, i hate him) and she tells her 12 year old brother she'll be back in an hour. The kid's 12, he doesn't do anything but continue to stare at the screen in front of him. so while the 8, 6, and 4 yo are having a pillow fight, wrecking things in the family room, the 2 yo (being unwatched) opens the front door and wanders out into the street. We live in the same neighborhood, and i was on my way home when i look out the window and notice a little kid wading in the lake across from our house. I tell you what, when i found out who that baby was and went to their house and saw what was going on, i swear, if she had walked in at that moment, i woulda put a hurtin' on her, best friend or not....

My son is 17 months old. He has the worst temper I've ever seen a child have. He screams whenever he doesn't get his way. I put him in time-out, and he continues to scream, for hours, sometimes. Whenever he's getting into something he shouldn't, I tell him no, and he just looks at me and continues about what he's getting into. He yells, he hits, he kicks, he throws things. I've tried swatting his rear, I've tried yelling, I've tried timeouts, I've tried ignoring him, I've tried being nice, and frankly, I haven't the faintest idea what to do anymore. I'm going nuts. A friend of mine told me I should have his hearing checked to see if somethings wrong with his ears because of the screaming. But what about everything else? Someone help me!

I got my daughter a cell phone for EMERGANCIES ONLY. I told her to put 2 really good friends on her speed dial incase I couldn't be reached and she needed a friends' parent's help.

She's had it for 2 years and has been VERY responsible about it. Today came her phone bill and it showed that she used all of her minutes (something she's never done) and has texted everyday. The bill was about $1000! Usually it's only $150!She called her friends for fun.

I took away her cell phone and have been thinking of getting her Disney Mobile so I could track her calls and set times when she can call.

Should I get her it? Or should I just get rid of the cell phone for ever? HELP!

OKay so im a 13 year old girl and my dream is to travel all around the world when i finish high school. My best friend Alysha wants to do the same so we will go together.

I KNOW I DEFFINATLEY want to go to italy! we are both italian and both of our parents came over a young age [so we are both the first generation here] so please dont put italy cuz i know im ganna go there anyway.

So i found out tuesday im having a baby girl :)

I really like *Faith* for a middle name....and had been planning on naming her Rylie, but my fiance has decided he doesnt wanna do that bc his cousin just had a baby she named -Rylee-....

When my daughter was 6 she asked if she could get her ears pierced. I told her to wait til she was 12 - pretty much because that was the age girls started doing it when I was at school. Her late mother wasn't allowed hers until she was 15.

She is now 8 and most of her friends have had theirs done in the last year. I have heard her telling her friends how gorgeous their earrings are, "but my dad won't let me til I'm 12."

Putting things into perspective, she is mature for an 8 year old. She feels the odd one out. I have no idea what its like to be a girl. In the grand scheme of things it's only earrings - and she'll be getting them in 3 1/2 years anyway.

I'm really thinking maybe I should buy her a pair of earrings, wrap them up and tell her when she opens them that I told her 12 because when I was young, that was the age girls did it. Things have obviously changed and since she wants them so much, she can get them pierced (1 pair only) as soon as she wants.

Good or bad idea?
