I know that there are some medical terms for babies that are addicted to drugs at birth so I was just wondering what the one for marijuana is.

THX.

Babies aren't "addicted" to anything at birth. They can go through withdrawal if their mother was using drugs.
Withdrawal does not equal addiction.

I know it can get confusing sometimes but there is no medical name for it. Marijuana is not physically addictive, only mentally. In other words, you think you have to have it or you like the way it affects you. You will not go through withdrawels for quitting the use of "pot".

Marijuana isn't physically addictive,only mentally/in the mind.
i.e the body doesn't crave the chemicals in the drug, but the mind might crave the high.
Though,if you smoke joints with tobacco mixed in,that will harm the baby.

Hm I could be wrong but I thought that a person could not be addicted to marijuana. The mother I guess could be emotionally addicted but not physically if that makes sense. So, there would be no way for the baby to be addicted to marijuana.

Marijuana isn't the same as alcohol, cigarettes, and crack.

Unlike those mentioned, even a heavy user can birth a healthy, thriving baby.

You wouldn't even be able to tell.

There is none, because there is no withdrawal from THC. And unlike alcohol, there is no typical set of problems associated with use of marijuana in pregnancy.
