The one when you hold a ring above the wrist and it sways back and forth on its own...it has to be a real gold i think...does anyone know which direction means what???
ive done it b4 and its supposed to even tell like How many kids you will end up having in the future...
well my sister is pregnant again and we want to do this...???

My son is 4, in preschool, and reads sentences very fluently. They are learnign the alphabet and sounds in preschool. I would like for him to receive some challenge at his level, maybe skip to 1st grade. Everything they are learning he already knows and I'm afraid it will slow him down and/or bore him. Any suggestions? I don't think they haave a gifted and talented program but I can ask. Thanks. He's my 1st child so I'm clueless on what to do.

I have been working in childcare for a long time, and also watching my baby sister when she was born and I was 14. I never thought there was anything wrong with bottle propping as long as the baby is in the room with you, and their head is up so they won't choke, but lately I have been hearing a lot of people getting pissed off because their childcare providors prop a bottle, or they see a parent prop a bottle while they're doing laundry or something. If you prop bottles, why do you do it? If you don't, why not? I always thought it was a good way to get other things done instead of sitting still for half an hour while the baby is sleeping.

Long story short, I thought I was 4 months pregnant even though I had multiple blood tests and pee tests that were negative. So, I went to the doctor and she did a trans-vaginal ultrasound to see if I was, and it was clear. My lining was thin and she put me on Yaz birth control. But just recently I was thinking, and I didn't tell her that there was a possibility that I could be 7-8 weeks because of an incident that happened! If I were 7-8 weeks pregnant and they were looking for a 4 month pregnancy, would they have found a pregnancy regardless, or would it have been too early to see the baby at 7-8 weeks? And is there any way the blood test could be negative that far along? I'm really scared!

My son is 6 months old and we're hoping to introduce him to a sippy cup soon. Just curious as to when you introduced one to your baby? What brands did you find the best? What sort of drinks did you put in it? Any tips for this first time mom?
We've used regular cups for him but he makes a mess and our pediatrician said we could try giving him one at 7 months.

My husband is taking her to visit his parents for 3 nights and 4 days while I visit MY mom with our teenaged daughter (his step) right after the holidays. Have you ever had to be away from your baby... for the 1st time... for an extended time?

What to expect?

What can help?

She is nursed, but I am attempting to wean her. She eats table food and drinks from bottles and cups, too.

I am going to miss her terribly?

she was waking up at 8am and going to bed at 11pm . taking a nap around 11am and 6pm and then she would not go to sleep until 11 or 12. now she is waking up at 10am taking a nap around 1pm and then still does not want to sleep. Her naps are between 1 and 3 hours. I am having to hold her and pat her on the butt to go to sleep. she throws a tantrum when i lay her down not just to go to sleep but to change diaper. When do 11 months old usually go to sleep and how to get her to go to sleep at like 9pm and stay asleep.

I had sex on day 6 of my cycle (6 days after the start of bleeding) and I was still spotting a tiny bit on this day. I am trying to PREVENT pregnancy so I used condoms and withdrawal.No rips or spills at all!My concern is that when my boyfriend stood up to put on the condom I saw a long thin string of pre-ejaculate coming from him! He wiped off, put on condom and proceeded. During foreplay I was naked and underneath him. He did NOT penetrate me or touch me before the condom was on. But I'm paranoid that maybe some of that long strand could have somehow touched or contacted me but I'm not sure. Now in the middle of my cycle I am experiencing spotting. So I'm scared maybe I ovulated early and this is implantation spotting (I'm also having cramps).I just started taking a birth control pill this month that says spotting may occur but I'm not sure what to believe. I'm really scared but don't know if I should be. I know I have to wait and see(so far negative preg. test) but what are the odds

My daughter is now 4 days old and I am nursing, but I can not seem to get enough of my nipple in her mouth, I hear a clicking sound when she is sucking and she is gas-y from the air. I had no prob with my first but I know I am not latching her on correctly, but I just can not figure out how to get her to open wide and not pierce her lips tight when I go to push more in... if anyone can help me and my nipples would be very greatful.

i am 20 weeks pregnant.i am having problem with keeping food down since last few days.i feel like taking it out.after eating i feel like the food is not going in properly,feels like vomiting feeling.also had headache for last 2 days.i have acidity(pitta) problem,so i took zantac 75mg y'day as per doctors said. should i take zantac for few more days or should i stop it.i have taken only 1 zantac of 75 mg since y'day.what should i do today.is my situation normal.my weight was 155 till the day before yday & y'day night when i checked it was 151.is it normal?

I was in school yesterday and this kid timmy took my gummy bears. The fat a$$ ate teh entire bag before giving them back. I'm looking for a natural fruit juice for kids.
My son drinks water and milk all day but i would like to add juice to his diet since he's been picky with food lately.

I've seen a commercial from Juicy Juice about their new Harvest Surprise juice... it has both fruits and veggies. We purchased a bottle and my son liked it.

The problem is i dont really know if its good or not. I would like to keep it as natural as possible without having to buy a juicer and make my own.

(by the way he'll be 2 in a couple months)
