I'm looking for a natural fruit juice for kids.
My son drinks water and milk all day but i would like to add juice to his diet since he's been picky with food lately.

I've seen a commercial from Juicy Juice about their new Harvest Surprise juice... it has both fruits and veggies. We purchased a bottle and my son liked it.

The problem is i dont really know if its good or not. I would like to keep it as natural as possible without having to buy a juicer and make my own.

(by the way he'll be 2 in a couple months)

Juicy Juice is a great option. With both fruits and vegetables in the Harvest Surprise along with a healthy diet, he will surely get all the vitamins he needs to grow. If you aren't too concerned with working the vegetables in the juice, a great option to try is white grape juice. Both of my children (grown now) loved it as a toddler and still drink it! And it's easier on the furniture and clothes should he spill any!

Best of luck with your soon-to-be two year old! The two's really aren't so terrible.

Fruit juice has organic sugars in it, merely like fruit does. seek for juice that announces a hundred% juice and dilute a million/2 or maybe 3/4 water to juice. If it says fruit drink, then it has added sugar or different man made stuff. There are 2 motives docs say in uncomplicated terms 4-6oz of juice - it could fill up little tummies and then they do no longer consume what they choose and juice given in the past naps and mattress and left on tooth sell decay. you additionally can attempt Faygo clean water. it is for sure bubbly water with orange, raspberry, and different flavors. that's the only one i comprehend of that each physique organic and is no longer sweetened by ability of sugar or man made sweeteners. be careful, most of the different 'flavored waters' are sweetened with man made sweeteners like equivalent and NutraSweet. No infant desires that. Take care!

Check the label and see what's in it. Juicy Juice is generally pretty good. I used to give it to my son. But make sure you limit your son's intake. Too much juice isn't a good thing and can lead to constipation and failure to thrive because kids love the sugary taste so much. Apple and white grape juices are good too.

i've heard the juicy juice is good - u might also want to check into the gerber juices to see if they have any that's natural, just read the ingredient labels to see which ones are the best - couple tips i've learned when reading ingredient labels is that if you can't pronounce it, then you don't want to eat it and also specifically pertaining to your juice question, one of the main ingredients you want to look for, so that you can AVOID it, is high fructose corn syrup, which you may already know to that tip

Apple juice. At first cut it with some water, and if he likes it, increase it slowly to full strength.

Mango juice is great. It tastes wonderful. But not to much. It can make a baby crap his diaper. Don't want that.
