If someone stole my candy like this I would also call him names. You shouldn`t have been suspended for that because he IS a fat***.

Coming from a teachers point of view I know that what you said was wrong. You should have gone directly to the teacher and told. I know you don't want to be a nark, but on the same hand you don't want to cause more problems. I would have said you hurt my feelings or hey can I have that back? If he did not listen then you go to an adult. I hate bully's too but in order to keep yourself out of trouble next time I would not use bad language. You don't use that kind of language at home so don't use it at school. This other kid has some serious problems. I would stay away from him and don't even give him the chance to be next to you. It sounds like you got a treat and I know that those thing mean a lot to you. I can see that you were upset but two wrongs don't make a right. Next time get an adult and he will be the one suspended. Good Luck and let this be a lesson to you.

Wow I get like that with my candy too... ;oP~
the only difference is I would have taken my candy back ♥
No one messes with my Chocolate (or in your case Gummy Bears)!!!
Seriously though calling someone fat ** (after they stole your candy) isn't a reason to get suspended for so long...
The *** part could be in your school rules but the guy that stole your gummies should have gotten in trouble for antagonizing & stealing from you.

Although Adelaide B's answer was on the right track, I'd recommend baking some brownies with far too much chocolate X-Lax, and offer them to him as an apology for calling him fat.
I only recommend this because it's about all you can do at this point. I probably would have resorted to violence if I had been in your position, since I always did when I was younger, and if I were a girl, Timmy would have got a swift kick in the nuts.
I don't think you've done much of anything wrong, with all the morbidly obese children these days, we need more people pointing out the blatant truth, and embarrassing these kids into changing their diets.

Well you used foul language. And managed to injure his self esteem. A bunch of bull I know but, if you are in that type of situation again1: don't curse & 2: Explain to the teacher/authorities in a calm and reasonable manner what happened. Don't be defensive or mean. That is how you can work the system.
I hope you take this week off to study, and be helpful around the house since your attitude has made your family life more stressful.

First you need to relearn the English language much like I had to when I wanted to get my point across in a mature manner.
Then you need to go to Petco and buy some doggie cookies (they have some that look just like chocolate chip cookies) and take them to School with you and hopefully that bully will take them from you and eat them.
Then you can make fun of him for eating dog food.
This will be very effective in discouraging him from trying to steal from you in the future and eating anything you bring with you for fear it might not be for human consumption.
And while your enjoying your weeks vacation why don't you pick up a good book and read it?
I love to read and enjoy learning as much as I can because after all knowledge is power and if you know enough you'll never have to worry about anyone bothering you again.
Oh and be sure to put the cookies in a fancy bag to make it look more appealing or wrap them in green cellophane that will make it absolutely irrestible.

I mean what you said was really cruel, I know he stole your candy and had it coming but suspension for a week is really not warrented. I got caught drinking alcohol in high school and was only suspended for 3 days. I am not condoning your behavior though. Two wrongs do not make it right. You should have conducted yourself with more dignity, but the punishment does not fit the crime.

I don't get it either...in my school me and my friends swear as hell with teachers and security watching and listening and they don't complain...
I mean... what the f***?! There are worse things...like girls touching boys and boys touching girls and no one does anything to anybody, only the girl/boy that has been touched, beats the crap outta him/her xD
Even during the classes, they hit each other lol!

If you hadn't resorted to name calling perhaps they would have been more on your side. Instead you swore at him instead of reporting him yourself. Like another one up there said two wrongs don't make a right.
