What worked for my daughter was instead of whole milk I used 2 % milk. She didn't like whole milk at all but she would drink 2 %. I mixed it with my breast milk for a week gradually doing less and less of breast milk. I also made sure it was warm as well. After I got her use to 2% milk I then switched her to whole milk. My son on the other hand is not wanting any milk other then breast milk so I am having problems there. He does the same thing like your daughter he knows when it has some 2% or whole milk mixed in and same thing with the cereal. So I asked my doctor about it and all he said was to keep trying so that is what I am going to do but It is definitely taking a lot longer to get him on cow's milk then it did my daughter. My daughter was weaned by time she was 14 months and my son is showing no signs of wanting to wean other then cutting his feedings short. So we will see. Edit: Since you are not going to pump at all and you never gave her a bottle or a sippy with breast milk then your question is a real tough question. Basically all you are going to have to do is continue giving her the milk and she will adventually drink it. It is going to be real tough on her since you are not doing it slowly. But hopefully she will drink it. Good Luck!!

I wouldn't. Once they touch their lips germs can contaminate the milk and make it go bad. I would switch to sippy cups with handles if the girls are ready and only fill them up a little, giving them more if they finish and want more. There is less waste this way and it ensures that the milk is at its best.

only for that day. Milk is pasturized to clean out most of the present bacteria but not all gets out so the more the milk stands the better opportunity the existing bacteria has of growing which could make your baby sick. What you can do is know up to where your baby fills up and only serve him enough.

toss out the bottles and start using cups -only fill them 1/4 full at a time to prevent waste. the bulk of the diet needs to come from solid food. babyhood is over.

Go ahead and use it for the next feeding. If it is overnight, then most people would recommend just throwing it.

Yes, you can refrdgerate it, but only upto a few days, by then milk starts getting an "old" taste to it, especially if it's left out for half an hour before re-refridgerating.
