My last period was October 23-28, for the past 4 days all I have done is sleep and puke, is it possible to have your period and still be pregnant?

Trojan or Durex..? My boyfriend refuses to use Durex even though in the long run they are cheaper? Does it really matter? As long as were using protection right?

For Christmas this year we are taking a road trip to visit my husband's family. They live 20 hours away. We have a 7 year old boy, 5 and 3 year old girls and a baby who will be 6 months old at the time of the trip. Does anyone have any suggestion or had a similar experience on keeping all these kids from driving us crazy as we drive cross country? Any tips on things to pack, games to play, stops to make etc. Is there one or more things that you wish you would have packed? Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm honestly looking for a good answer here, I'm not just ranting. I'm normally a breastfeeding mom, and would absolutely make certain I breastfed my baby if born a preemie (my son almost was...). There are so many added benefits of breastmilk that preemies ESPECIALLY need.

I can respect the choices of women who choose to bottlefeed a full term baby. But it honestly hits me hard when a woman won't breastfeed a preemie.

I know NICU's are stressful, and that there are extra hurdles when breastfeeding a preemie. Some women honestly can't, and I'd guess that is a bit more common with preemies than full term babies. But that said, they are hurdles that you can get through- it is most often totally doable. I was talked to by two NICU nurses and a neonatologist, so I'm not just guessing here.

How can mothers choose not to breastfeed their preemies?

I had a doctor's appt on Tues and she said the head is down and it is in a good position and she also sad that
my cervix is soft and ripe and she said I could have my baby any day now is there anyway I can keep it in as long as possible cause I have people living with us until Nov 15
The last few days my right leg muscle right under my bum and into the front is sore it feels like a pulled muscle. could this mean anything ?

I am 37 weeks along with no dialation. The doc told me that if i havent begun to dialate by my appointment next tuesday that they are going to do an ultrasound to make sure the baby is head down and that there is a proper amount of fluid. Is this normal? should i be worried? Is there anything i can do to make things progress a little bit that isnt dangerous?

I am only 33 weeks, and when I called the office, the nurse doubted that I lost my plug (but is asking the doctor and will call me back) but without an exam they won't know right? And if you lose your plug, do you start dilating? This is my second, but it has been a while since my first...

My concern is that I work at a pool and even though I normally don't get in the water, I am scheduled to be in the water with a class tomorrow.

When you lost your plug did your doctor say it was okay to swim? I am of course waiting to hear from my doctor, but just am wondering. If I lost my plug, could I be dilating a little bit? I was 3cm dilated with my first at my first check at 36 weeks. Is there anyway to be sure you lost your plug without seeing the doctor?

Charles Allen III for a boy and Charlotte Abigail for a girl?

Of course the boy's name is my husband's name and the girl's name is Charlotte (the female form of Charles) and Abigail because it is a biblical name....a guy at my work overheard me telling someone the names we have chosen for our unborn child and HE STARTED LAUGHING?!!! He was mocking my unborn child's name?!!!

My son is 14 months old (born 2 months early) he still has his pacifier and bottle. I have tried the sippy cup but all he does is chews on the tops. I've bought 4 different types of sippy cups from the normal ones to the ones that have the soft top and even the ones with a straw (he drinks juice boxes using a straw). Any suggestions?? I don't mind that he still has both the bottle and paci, just wondering when a good time to take him off would be??

He is still on formula too because he was growth restricted and is still pretty small.
