if you had your period it is a very SLIM to NONE chance of being pregnant, especially with negative tests.
you can test as soon as you miss a period. i would say it is too early to test if you are thinking you got pregnant after Oct. 9.
so you could be pregnant (concieved after oct 9) and a test could come up negative.

With a regualar cycle you will ovulate 14-16 after the first day of your cycle (first day of period) which would have been on 22-24 of September or around there. In saying that you were ovulating when you first had sex. Wait a little while longer, 4-6 weeks after intercourse, to check again. Seeing as you had your period it doesn't sound like you are pregnant, but women do get theirs while pregnant. But don't stress out, it will make your body go into stress mode and if you are pregnant it could hurt the baby. Either way I hope you make the best decision for you and your "maybe baby".
Good luck with everything!

Considering it is now 30 October, and if you weren't having unprotected sex since your period arrived...no you are not preggers.
Now, if you are STILL having unprotected sex in a deliberate attempt to become pregnant...especially with his knowing assistance...
Statistically, you can have unprotected sex with multiple partners every day, from the day you have your first period, to the day you have your last before entering menopause 30 years later, and never have a single pregnancy!
However, if after two or more years of trying you still can't conceive...see a doctor for a reference for a reproduction specialist.
Incidentally, if you are still in your early 20's, don't worry about it, and keep trying! Consider each period as a challenge and see if you and that solitary special guy "beat the challenge."
Good Luck!

yes you did test too early. You need to wait till your next period is due. but I think that you need to wait and stop waisting your money on tests that are going to come out neg. just wait and see. I am kind of a money waister myself but I get them dollar ones from the dollar store and well then seem to have said the same thing every time for me too! so I've stopped trying and went back on BC pills and then when I'm really ready I'll stop. I hope that you understand to wait!

I don't know how long your cycles are, but most likely, you wouldn't get a positive test result until Nov. if you conceived this cycle. Good luck! *baby dust*
