it depends on the answer if they are cute and really trying to be helpful it doesnt bother me but if they are sarcastic and dont know what they are talking about but acting like no-it-alls then yes you know what really ticks me off when people try and act like they know everything and answer rude about how to raise your children but dont even have kids they always say
"i dont have kids,but" and then answer rude errrrrr!!!! :)

I guess I think it is good to get the prospective from both sides....isn't it? Granted the saracsm could be done without but those being sincere are helping more than hurting....what is your definition of a kid?
