Yes you can.
You really should have waited the "typical" six weeks to have intercourse again. You know wait until you had your check up at that time, make sure you are all healed up and everything. However even at that point you have to be careful.
I believe if you get pregnant within a year of having a child that bumps the pregnancy into the high risk category. Just means the doctors will monitor you more, but your body hasn't had time to heal and revitalize since the last marathon it went through.
Keep an eye on things. Talk with your doctor, and see what they say.
Good Luck

YES you can become pregnant, but you do know you were suppose to wait to return to your normal sex life for at least 6 weeks due to a increase risk or infection?
If a female became pregnant two weeks after she conceived then her next baby would be born approximately 9 months and 1/2 after its sibling.
As a ob nursing student the closest I have ever seen was two babies born 32 weeks apart. The mother conceived two weeks after having a baby but had a placent previa ( a danger because the uterus has not yet returned to its pre-pregnancy state) and had a c Section at 32 weeks as she was hemorrhaging.

Seeming as how you are suppose to wait to have sex for 6-8 weeks after having a baby...you shouldn't be having sex...obviously you know what can happen!!!!!!!!! You can get pregnant only 2 weeks later! Your circumstances haven't been told...so I am not sure. If you breastfeed then you may not be, but still could be! You need to get to the doctor...NOW!

It is very possible to get pregnant two weeks after delivering. WOW....of all things!! I'm 33 weeks pregnant and sex is the last thing I'm thinking about and I know after I deliver the word SEX will be foreign to me. Good luck I suppose.

the truth is you can get pregnant. but most likely you arent because you have probably not ovulated yet. there is always a chance but it is really rear. you should not really even have sex untill 6 weeks after you had your baby. when you go to your post partrum appointment tell your doctor you had unprotected sex and they will tell you if you are pregnant. the site below is of a person who did get pregnant 2 weeks after her first baby

Sweetie, first of all the answer is YES!! A women is the most fertile after she gives birth, so please keep that in mind. Second of all, give your boby some time to get back to normal. 2 weeks after birth is way too soon to be havng sex! Be carefule...even though YOU feel ready, your body might not.

I'd be more worried about getting Pelvic Inflammatory Disease as I'm sure the doctor told you NOT TO HAVE SEX for at least 6-8 weeks.
