naughty at school, running out of school, playing around on a bike, she has already been expelled from one school although she has been good up till now, i am fed up with it all

ok, u said this is ur granddaughter, and she's doing all of this, u need 2 put ur foot down, because once u keep letting her get away with things, she'll feel like she can keep rite on doing it. start punishing her, if u don't believe in discipline, then take away bikes, no playing outside for a week, anything she likes 2 do, take it away from her. start making her do chores, and if she do them, make her do more chores. and another thing, u let her know that u're responsible 4 her & u're the grown-up, not her. Tell her to straiten up or you'll put her to work after school mowing lawns or taking peoples garbage out. that way
You win on both fronts, she gets a talking to, and you get some extra pocket money you need. Good Luck. Maybe ask some church friends who know the situation more closely...

There is obviously more going on than meets the eye. Your granddaughter not only needs boundaries enforced, she needs someone to listen to her, even if she doesn't want to talk. Most likely she is dealing with whatever reason you are the one called, rather than her parents. Sit with her with a councelor and make sure she knows what the expectations are and that you love her.

She needs to be disciplined. If all you do is talk to her about it when she gets home, nothing is going to be done. Sit her down and tell her this has got to stop. Ground her, take away priveleges. Ask her why she is doing this? Her age may have something to do with it. Pay close attention to her actions. If you ignore them, she could end up in real trouble.
