Has anyone else experienced this? I had one day last week where I felt pretty good and didn't need to take a Zofran for the morning sickness, but every day before then and since then, I have had to take a pill because I feel sick still. Is this normal? Has anyone else gone through this too?

ok, I want someone who is good in DNA statistics :) my grandmother has blue eyes / grandfather green eyes / my mom and I have brown eyes. My mother-in-law has hazel eyes, my father-in-law has blue eyes / my husband has brown eyes. What are the chances that our baby will have colored eyes? I am just curious

My son has always been hyper and defiant towards me. I could handle this at home with a good ole spanking or punishment. Well, the spankings didn't work so we stopped that measure. Now the punishments don't work.
We're in the 3rd week of Kindergarten now. He has had 3 days where he had a green frog(good day). 3 days with a red frog(horrible day) and the rest have been yellow frogs (warnings/time outs). Already we have a parent/teacher conference. I'm at my wits end and had no idea what to do anymore.
We went to his doctor this morning. After extensive testing and speaking with his teachers I was told that he tested positive for both spectrums of ADHD...the inability to focus and the hyperactivity. I asked about diet changes, behavior modification.
She prescribed him Focalin. I've read up on it and it does seem a little better. It doesn't have all the side effects of Adderall or Ritalin...which I would have walked out of the office had she said Ritalin.

Our elementary school has a picture company that comes in twice a year to take the kids pictures. The prints cost an arm and a leg. And we have to send in the order with payment latest by the day they are going to take the pictures.

I don't like to order without seeing a sample. In our previous school, they sent home a sample or 2, and then we got to choose. Here they don't.

Do you place order for print/copies before seeing the pictures, or do you get to see a print before ordering more sizes, prints?

Where I live, the ob/gyns are telling all pregnant women that they are not allowed vbacs because the hospital has "banned" them. I called the hospital out of curiousity and they said there was no such policy and that it was up to individual doctors to decide. The hospital isn't recommended by the ACOG for VBACs for not having a surgeon and an anesthesiologist on staff 24/7. However, I don't feel it is right to lie to these women about the circumstances surrounding this situation..Should I talk to my doctor or just let him continue telling these women about a fictional "ban"?

yesterday me and 3 of my friends was just chilling out at my house in the back yard. nobody was home one of my friends went up stairs to use the bathroom. went into the baby room and was throwing out of the window his huggies. we were dunking them in the pool and shooting hoops with them. we went thru 2 bags of them only leaving 4 left. my sister came home saw what we did. she called my mom got into serious trouble called us a bunch of babies. I have 5 days to replace the diapers. I told her it wasnt me that was throwing them out of the window it was my friend she didnt care she said I was part of it. why should I get blame what my friends started let him pay for it .she took away my games and skate board. If i dont replace them my sister will give me the beaten of my life. I dont want to pay for this!!!.. Any advice? We did leave 4 diapers left lol

I had my miscarriage back on February 16th, 2007. One month later on March 29th, my house burned down. I waited three months after miscarriage to start trying again and have been TTC ever since. This has been the most stressful summer of my life, having to move into an apartment and start over with nothing. Now this week were moving back into our rebuilt home. Could all of these stressful circumstances make it harder to get pregnant? Im 30 years old now and worried, praying for a miracle.

im 17 weeks today and i have not gained anything. the top of my belly above my bellybutton is pouching a little more than usual but that may be cause i have been stuffing my face. i would have thought that by now, i would be at least showing a little bit! im still in my pants and everything. it makes me mad cause i want everyone to know im prego :( not bloated! so, anyway im sure i will pop out sometime. im just frustrated and wanted to talk about it. have a fabulous day :)

She has legal custody, the biological mother has serious health issues. She said that she was going to designate the child to come here if anything happened to her. She has recently had to move to a small rental room where her husband and the two children (the 3-year old and a 11 year old girl) are living all together. She is having problems paying for child care (2-weeks behind). She has discussed that we should spend more time with the child so we would know each other. She doesn't seem to be able to afford her needs now, and if DHR knew they would probably take the kids away.

So what could I say? I would like to offer to take her now, but how do I do that without sounding offensive?

How many of these dumb, ignorant questions could possibly be posted in one day, personally I come on here to lend advice to people that need it and to gain answers to some questions I might have...not to look at 75 questions posted every hour asking if "I'm pregnant?". I'm pregnant and not a rocket scientist...and how did I find out...I took a test and went to the doc!!!!

Okay last month i wasnt supposed to start until the 20th and i started on the 15th. so i figured have sex one week after my period and on the 15th day after my period to get pregnant. well i had all the symptoms and i figured if i wasnt pregnant that i would start by the 15th well i started yesterday on the 10th again 5 days early. this is all so weird and im really wondering what is going on. no rude answers please. yes i asked this question before but no answers and im just really wondering.

Ok. this is a personal opinion question. IM not sure i want to find out the sex of the baby. In your experience is it better to find out or to wait.

This is my second month off the pill (I was on it for about 2 years), and both months I haven't shown the normal ovulation signs that I did before going on the pill, like cervical mucus. I have had normal cycles though, so I'm just wondering how long it takes to kick the ovulation back into gear! I know it's only been two months, so I'm not worried or anything, but it's a little frustrating feeling like we don't even have a shot! :)
