If you really want to take pills to help you try Fertility Blend. It is an herbal prenatal. It is very high dose of folic acid and it contains chaste berry herb in it. Ive seen many women in here complain about Ovulex and wonder how the heck it works and what is in it. so if i were you I'd stay away from it. My sister had used Fertility Blend and it corrected her cycles and she has had 2 beautiful children since then and they are in very good health.
As for the sex.. try this way....The best way to not miss ovulation is to throw out the thermometers and begin having sex every other day between days 9-22 of your cycle. Have your partner abstain from any ejaculation on the day in between to rebuild his sperm count whether he has a problem or not. Sperm can live in your body under the right conditions anywhere from 3 days to 1 week and by having sex every other day through most of your cycle, you are guaranteeing that you will have sperm available for that egg. Try to lay still for at least 10-15 minute after sex with your knees up.
Every couple only has 20-25% chance of conceiving each month so Dr's wont give you prescription such as Clomid until you've tried for a year and they think you are having ovulation issues. You may not have ovulation issues, but timing issues. Try like I said for a month or so and FertilAid is designed pretty similar to Fertility Blend so either one should help.

I know everybody tell you to relax, is not easy at all, when you are trying to conceive, the first or second time... you just think about that, becouse you are ready. First I want to say that you are really lucky to conceive so fast baby number one, I am 3 months trying my first baby and is so furstating see the negative every month, buti try to relax and change my lifestyle, now i go to the gym to dance and yoga, took femibion with folic acid and others mistakes i was makingi stoped, like use lubricant or go too fast to the toilet after sex, now i stay in bad with a pillow under my hips for 40 min. You should buy the ovulation test and you will know when you are ovulation, if your husband is not at home this time you can try another month but if he is not going to be there in your oculation period but will be there a bit before, try it, becouse the sperm can survive few days inside you and reach the egg wen your ovulation period arrives. Is better to make love every 3 days, more then that the sperm will be not strong enough and less aswell. I wish you the best and good luck!

Well you would have to go to your dr. to get them but there's a fertility drug called Clomid that will boost your ovulation and increase your chances of getting pregnant.
This month I have been taking ovulation tests they really helped and gave me a positive today, so I'm excited.
The mistake some people make is they think they know when they ovulate but it might not be their true day of ovulation. With the OPK you can pinpoint exactly when you will be ovulating and the best time to conceive is.
Make sure you are putting a pillow under your hips and laying there for 15-30 min after intercourse. Also it is best if the man ends on the top rather then with you on the top.
Good luck and lots of baby dust******************

It takes between 6 months to 1 year for most couples to concieve. 95% of healthy couples get pregnant within 1 year of trying. So you still have a long way to go before you have to worry. Some women it just takes longer to get pregnant then other women. Don't take any pills to get pregnant as they aren't natural. Just have sex the natural way without drugs or medicine. Some couples it takes 2 years. Doctors say if you've been trying for 1 year with no luck then you should go in for testing if your under 30. If your 30 or over then you should go in after 6 months of trying with no luck. All my brother in laws wives got pregnant within 6-9 months of trying.

Fertility Blend is approximately $20/bottle, $120 for a six-month supply. I have a supplement called PMS Forte that I bought to decrease PMS symptoms and after reading the Fertility Blend info, it contains all of the same ingredients, with the exception of Green Tea, which can be supplemented on your own, but it does contain Vitex. The cost was only $10.50/bottle. It is manufactured by Futurebiotics. Just FYI. Good luck TTC!!!!

Try Vitex or Fertilaid! I hear GREAT stuff about them! My best friend was TTC for 1 year, then started FertilAid, and was pregnant 2 months later! I'm about to start trying Vitex, I'm bfing so it's safer for my baby.
Hope that helps!
Good luck and baby dust!
