urination. Sometimes I feel sticky feeling in the vagina. I am having lower abdominal cramping at times as if my periods approaching. I am ttc. What could it be----periods or conceiving.

Please answer in terms I can explain to a 3 year old... I posted before in Religion, but, well... I got answers like God is eternal and a 3 year old just can't wrap her head around that one...

I am pregnant and I'm told by my dr that my conception date was a day that was four full days before the last intercourse we had. Could this be possible? I do think he is pretty fertile. And does this mean that I must have ovulated on that fourth day?

My aunt to which I am very close to is pregnant again, except this time with twins! She and my uncle already have three girls, Lily, age 5, Annabelle (Annie), age 3, and Shiloh, who turned one in May! This time, it's a girl and a boy! They are thrilled! So far, they really like the name Zoë for a girl and James for a boy. James is after her grandfather who just recently passed away. He would go by Jack, though. So what do you think of Zoë and Jack? She likes Zoë Trinity so far. What do you think of them and what middle names do you like to go with them? Thanks!

I'm pregnant again with my 3rd child. My first two are twins, Jack and Lily, but they are really popular names and i want to go with something that has more classic beauty. I don't like names like destiny, angel, faith or hope. I also don't like names like Candi or Jenna or Shanae. I just want some classic, sophisticated names. One of my old friends from high school is in a bad situation and I'm not sure what to say/do to help her. She has a daughter from a previous relationship and a 3-month-old son with her boyfriend of 4 years. She dropped out of high school and doesn't have a job. They're barely scraping by as it is. Her boyfriend is a jerk. He works, but he's cheated on her in the past, can be really jealous, and won't marry her even though she is desperate to get married. We've all tried to get her to leave him, but she's head over heels in love with him. She was really happy when she found out that she was pregnant with his son; I think she thought that having his baby would change his mind about marriage. (It hasn't). She just found out that she's pregnant again and she's thrilled. I'm really worried about her. What is the tactful thing to say in this situation? I don't want to be mean, but I don't want to sound supportive of her being with him either when he treats her so poorly .

I'm not a mom yet but I am a nanny. I have an awful gag relfex when it comes to throw up (not baby spit up, but real throw up) and certain poopy diapers; will I get used to this or is it differet when it's your own child? It's awful and I've always been like this. When someone around me throws up and I smell ot see it I want to throw up myself an often do; and really smelly poopy diapers make my gag.

My hubby and I are TTC and I want to know if it will be different when it's my child or if it's something I'll adjust to.

I am on an overseas trip and we are just recovering from the jet lag. To my surprise my son turned into a picky eater and only wants to nurse or eat certain foods that he can pick with his hands. There seems to be no regular pattern that I have discovered, yet (but rice worked a couple times and chicken shreds, Gerber puffs and peas were accepted in tiny amounts).

I have two questions.

(1) How do you deal with the frustration? I feel really almost angry that he is not eating. I don't show it, but I don't feel so happy at all when my food gets rejected again?

(2) What other foods would you suggest me to prepare?

(3) What are things that worked for you during a phase like that?

We are moving in about 2 months. My baby has just turned 5 months...and i wasn't expecting him to crawl! But today I was sitting in a beanbag reading while he was playing with a toy phone...to my surprise...he grabbed my foot. He had mysteriously gotten himself 10ft across the lounge floor. Surprised, i watched him do it again...he plants his face flat on the floor and pushes his feet out...his bum rides up in the air and he goes forward maybe an inch at a time?

I dont know how long it'll take before he's crawling properly...he's pretty strong though!

Nevertheeless...I have a mound of babyproofing to do! Anyone got any helpful advice? We don't have stairs...what we do have is a LOT of cables that need to be there...and i don't know what to do with them!

Hi, I'm 40+1 weeks pregnant and have a midwife appointment tomorrow. I have been very fortunate and not had any problems so far in this pregnancy, I am not uncomfortable at all - does this mean I am less likely to be offered a membrane sweep or will it be done routinely? Also, does it hurt?? And will I have to be booked into hospital to have it done at a separate appointment, or might she just do it then and there tomorrow?

My 8 mth old baby boy sleeps on his sleep as soon as you put him in his cot he rolls on to his side it doesn't matter if he is awake when I put him in there I go to check on him and he is on his side. Was just wondering if anyone else babies do that?

hey all, heres the story, i took a tescos HPT yesterday (day of missed period) and i got a line, took a good few mins to show up but did before the time limit and i got a good pink line that was with SMU, took one this morning and FMU and it is fainter, i can still see it but fainter than yesterdays! should i b worried? i was thinking that maybe the amount of dye was different in each, as the position of the line is slightly different!

starting to think something bad is going to happen, anybody had this happen?
