I think "Brianna Sophia" sounds a little better, but I Personally don't like the name "Brianna" so my vote is for "Emily Sophia." Yes, it's popular right now but what matters is that you love it! Also, I was thinking... it seems you are certain you're going to use "Sophia," so why not make THAT the first name? It's obvious it's the one you really love!

I really like those names too. Well I like Emily Sophia more, because I don't really like the name Brianna. I also think Emily Sophia flows better.

Brianna Sophia- Don't like Brianna that much, I think Briana with the nick name Ana is much prettier.
Emily Sophia- This one is my favorite of the two, Emily is very common and thats sort of a turn off for me. Love the name Sophia Though, and both names flow wonderfully!
