I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy. Within 6 weeks I was pregnant again. I had my first scan last week at 6 weeks and 3 days. Everything looked great. Yesterday I started getting some brown spoting. My question is since this pregnancy looked good at 6 weeks with a normal heart rate does that mean that if this pregnancy ends in miscarriage that iscan't be a chromosonal abnormalty since it was forming correctly at 6 weeks.

my 2 year old has decided she dont want a nappy in bed i do use cloth nappies mostly. she has ripped them off and the same with disposables i put them bak on and then she takes them off again how can i let her keep them off as she isnt totally toilet trained so will wet the bed
any advice appreciated?

This woman at my job told me that I had a huge baby when he was born. I was so shocked that she said that, cause I don't think he was big at all, in fact he wore a premie size and was so tiny to me. He has grown a lot since he was born and is in the 90th percentile now, but he was 6 lbs 13 oz when he was born. Do you think this is big in your opinion?

It really hurt me cause she was making me feel like my baby was so huge when he was born and I just don't understand why she said that even after I told her his weight. My friend had a baby and it was over 9 pounds, so I think if my baby was "so huge" as she says, then what would beb baby be?

Is she full of it or just jealous? What is her problem?

P.S. She doesn't like me either and is snobby and rude to me everyday, ever since she started working even though I was the first person to greet her. What should I do about this woman and her attitude?

I have been donating plasma for the last 2 months. Today I found out I am pregnet. I have no idea how far i am. I am very scared that i am pregnet. I am not donating any more. But my question is have i hurt my baby?
Also, can i still donate? if so for how long?

Last week I had a very minimal amount of spotting. I went to the Dr first thing the next morning. I have had no further spotting and I never had any cramping. They did an ultrasound and said everything looked ok and the baby had a strong heartbeat. I was sent to get blood work to measure my HCG levels on Thursday and Saturday of last week. Mr nurse called me today and the Dr wants to see me Thursday b/c they said my levels did not double like they should have. She said it may be possible that I may miscarry. I am not having any cramping or any other symptoms of a miscarriage. I know only a DR can tell me but I would really like to know if any one has an opinion or any advice for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We were about one and half months ago. She had one period since then. She was on pills. Today is the day she supposed to get her period. She always get it same day (most probably same time ) . But still not.. could she be pregnant ? (we didn't had sex for last one and half months coz she was away) Could she get pregnant while on pills ?

Hi.
Okay so over the summer i was hooking up w this guy ( only been w him ever no one else). this was going on since may. we werent dating or even close, we were just sleeping together. So he left for college in nyc, and im still here in buffalo going to school. I found out today that i am pregnant. It is def w him no doubts!! I dont know what I should do. I dont think i should tell him bc i know he will only be very upset and not do anything. Also im not sure if im even going to keep the baby. Okay ladies...here it is. I had my regular period Aug 3-6 then started spotting Aug 18-25. Thought it was implantation bleeding and had a blood test done. My level was at 2 which they stated meant I was not prego. Since then I have had tingly nipples, ordor issues, nausea, tired all the time, very moody and urinating thorugh the night. Is it possible they tested too early? I have had 3 previous preganacies and I recognize the symptoms. Does a level 2 blood test really mean I am not pregnant? I have never had this happen before and I still have almost e week before my period shouold start again. I went for a second blood test again but according to the rule that Hcg doubles ever two or three days, maybe it is still too soon. Arrggg. HAs anyone had this happen and still ended up prego? Thnxs a bunch

I have raised my daughter since the age of 4 when I met my husband, I officially adopted her at age 8, her birth mother has had no contact with her since she was 5. Last year her birth mother showed up at her school. Recently I found out that they have been communicating via my space, texting, phone calls and have met several times in person all without mine or my husbands knowledge. Normally at this age (my daughter will be 16 in 3 weeks) I would think that it would be okay to have some supervised initial contact with a birth parent if everyone involved agrees, the law does however state that birth parents may NOT contact an adopted child and vice versa until the child is 21. That being said my daughter's birth mother has a long history of mental illness, she has made attempts on her own life, my husbands and has made numerous threats on my life. I'm sick with fear of this woman and her unstable nature. How can I convince a 15 year old to end contact until she is more equipped?

I'm asking about a huge tantrum like when they're screaming and on the floor at a grocery store for example. Did you slowly walk away hoping they would follow and stop or try to talk them out of it? Did you give in to what they wanted? Did you pick them up and walk out of the store? Or did you put them in the cart and continue to shop while they're still throwing the tantrum. If you didn't do any of these, what did you do? What do you think the best solution is when a kid throws a temper tantrum in public?

I just started TTC & I have been reading about checking your cervix, CM, BBT, etc. for signs of fertility. I have been checking myself for a few weeks now and just need some experienced women's input.

Could someone graphically describe for me how an open cervix feels different than a closed cervix?? How large is open? Does a closed cervix still feel "a bit open'? Descriptions like size of pencil lead, stirring straw opening, drinking straw opening, lifesaver hole size opening, etc. would be wonderful!!

cuz why not adopt instead of bringing ANOTHER person into this world. i hate to be mean but there is more than enough people on the planet already. anyways why do they get infertility. WHY? why not just adopt. dang, this sickens me cuz it's like people want an overcrowded world.

Hi there! I am 6 weeks pregnant and feeling like I am changing so much! I feel sick all day long and have cravings for proper meals like lasagne, chicken, soups etc. Anything salty and nourishing! Every time I feel nauseous, I have to have a proper meal and then I feel less nauseous. It can be crisps and junk food as well - and normally I do not eat junk food. What is oging on? I am not suppose to eat for two when the baby is still so small! I even dream and think about food all day. And I have completely gone off anything that is sweet, well apart from fruits. What was your experience if you had cravings for salty food and what did you do? If I carry on, I will put on so much weight!
