I have been donating plasma for the last 2 months. Today I found out I am pregnet. I have no idea how far i am. I am very scared that i am pregnet. I am not donating any more. But my question is have i hurt my baby?
Also, can i still donate? if so for how long?

no, i'm sure the baby is fine. don't donate any more, in fact, if they knew you were pregnant they wouldn't have allowed you to give plasma (same goes for donating blood). so i'd bet you're less than 2 months along, i'm pretty sure they test for that just in case, when you get the initial testing (for hiv, etc) done.

It's highly unlikely that you've hurt your baby. You are wise to have stopped donating plasma. You need all your body fluids now, so don't donate plasma or other blood products during your pregnancy. Your blood is providing vital nutrients to the life growing within you and you don't want to short-change anything now.

Think of it like this: You're doing them all a favor, especially if you send them twice a week, which is the limit at those places. Here's why: Each time they take a pint of plasma, they replace it with clean, fresh and sterile saline water! So, it's like you're giving your people a partial oil change twice a week. It's particularly good for them if they have a lot of toxins in their diet, or lots of fat and cholesterol. You can tell when they do because the plasma comes out looking like chicken gravy. (Not that I would ever accuse you of giving them real FOOD, mind you.)

No you have not hurt your baby and you cannot donate plasma anymore. You will have to wait until after you are done nursing your baby to go back to donating.

An unborn baby should not be donating plasma. By the way, what is a pregnet? Is that the device you catch knocked up fish in?
