The term "our child" means you and the babies daddy your husband has no rights or responsibilities to your child with the babies daddy.
Make sure your babies daddy gets to bond with his child and pays child support. You can't just take his child away from him because you dump him. Being married to someone else hasn't got anything to do with your child or his father.

Of course. You think just because you are married the father doesn't exist? The child needs to know his father. Why would you stop that? It's HIS baby too.

Yes he does............... However if your married the hospital will ONLY let you give the baby the REAL fathers last name if he is there at the time its all signed. Other wise it goes into your husbands name. But that doesnt mean your husband has any rights...... it just means the baby took your name.....
the court can make you change it if the real father protests it. After all he is the FATHER.
He has rights and responsibilities, but im sure DNA will be required.
UR HUSBAND IS THE ONE WITH NO RIGHTS ...............

What do you think?? Of course HE is stil & will always be the father ,,,It doesn't matter if you are or not with him he as the father has obligations & rigths .. So it doesn't matter what the problem was between you too. he & the baby have rigths to see each other if he wants to have contact with the baby let him have it & don't put childsupport as an excuse on not to see him this is not a good thing to do !! Best wishes :)

if he is he father and the mother isn't a very good one than YES he has every right although i do believe a child IS better off with the mother ONLY IF she takes care of the child properly.

Yes ma'am. Still his child!
He needs to go to court and get the correct paper work for your state that will include a court ordered paternity test, his suggested parenting plan and a child support plan.
