She could get pregnant but she is most likely not. I don't think a few hours late is any reason to panick. After a few days you can start to worry more.

A big YES!, just because you are on the pill does not mean 100% sucerity. A woman has to take the pill, at the same time each day. And even then it is not 100% safe. you should have her take a test, and even go to the doctor. even if the test is negative. the test could be wrong, since she is spotting (ithink thats what you ment), that could be a sign of pregnancy...But remember even if she is not having sex with you for that month and a half, she could be having sex with someone else.

And remember this to, a women's cycle changes every 3-4 months. her cycle should be 24, - 28 days a part. Which means the day she starts to cycle changes every so often... i hope this helps. Learn from this and use a spermaside or condom alogn with the pill, that is theclosest you will get to 100% protection, unless you pratice absonance.

It's a possibility that a woman on the pill could become pregnant because no method is 100% foolproof. It could also be possible that she's a day or two late with her period. In either case, it's a good idea for her to take a pregnancy test just to be sure. These tests are available in any pharmacy. It's reported that EPT brand is the most reliable. The instructions should be followed to the letter - no shortcuts allowed otherwise the result could be wrong.

yes the pills arent 100% effective. so she can be, but if you two never have sex for 1 and a half months then maybe not. she can be just late on her period and that happens to alot of girls who freak out that there pregnant. i had that shock a couple of times but eventually it was a late period. Have her take a pregnancy test and find out. thats the only thing that will help.

She's probably not pregnant. So far, she's not even a day late (she could still start before this day is over). If a week goes by and she still hasn't started her period, buy a pregnancy test to sort out the matter, and then go from there.

Best of luck to you

Well probably not. Shes probably not. Shes could be stressed or her period might be off because of a lot of different reasons. I wouldnt panic unless shes like 2 weeks or so behind. But yes the pill is only 99.9 % effective. So yeah she could still get pregnant, but usually you dont. Good luck

PLEASE RE-READ AS MY ANSWER HAS BEEN EDITED

No contraceptive is 100% effective, and contrary to popular belief some women can get light periods when pregnant, although I doubt this is the case with your girlfriend. Most likely being on the pill has made her irregular. It might be a good idea for her to take a test anyway for peace of mind.

she could be but anything could make here not get the period even the pills she is taking. that the bad thing about pills is they are easy to forget to take them. get a test done and go from there also ask yourself if you used a condom and or pullout. if you did there is even a less chance that she is. but still not 100% good luck

From what you are saying I doubt your girlfriend is pregnant. You haven't been together much. My opinion is your girlfriend is missing her period because she may believe she is pregnant also. Give it some time. She may start her period by herself. If there is still some question, purchase an at-home pregnancy test. They are quite accurate.

Yes but... very likely it is not, are her breasts tender?
Just do a pregtest for reassurance, they work from day 2 or sth nowadays.
Some pills are light and take the timing of consumption seriously, and as a mess reducing favour to her maybe you should consider... especially when she cant clean uo afterwards.
