me and my wife are going to have a baby girl and we need a little help/good ideas for a girls name

I have been having problems with going to sleep. I am 35 week pregnant and don't know what to do. I am getting to the point where I am getting really cranky. I have a 2 year old at home so I need to sleep at night and be somewhat reasted during the day. I would love some ideas of what I can do!! Thank you!!!!

I may have had sex a few days before I ovulated. just estimating on when I ovulated. not to sure. a few days after that my stomach started to hurt like I was getting sick. I really thought I was but I didnt get sick.. I felt weird all that week like bad gas mixed with consipation and diarehha. I dont know what is wrong with me. is it possible preg. or maybe something else is wrong? what do you think.

I'm 3 days over due. My doctor saw me today and wants to induce me A.S.A.P (my uterus is measuring 43cm. (he measured with a tape-measurer) and my blood pressure is a little high) and he called Labor and Delivery to schedule me for an induction and they are BOOKED! He can't get me in until the middle of next week!
But his nurse basically insinuated that if I were to go to the ER (to the Labor and Delivery dept.) in the next couple days ... being that I'm 2cm dilated they would just keep me and induce me ..
do you think this is true??
I'm willing to do the patocin induction and I am for sure getting the epidural.
This is my first baby and my doctor said he'd call my husband and I and let us know when our induction date is .. and in the meantime I don't have anymore appts. in his office. So I'm totally in the dark!
Do you think I should just go to the ER (Labor and Delivery dept.) when I feel contractions? even if they're sporatic ..
Think they'll induce me??

I have been on the pill for 10 years. I accidentally skipped my second friday pill ( this past friday). I always take at bedtime. I started spotting Saturday afternoon. I realized I had missed and took 2 pills. So now I am still spotting but it is almost like a period but lighter.

I have missed plenty of pills even 2 or 3 in a row. This has never happened. I am always regular like clock work.

I am active on a regular basis, unprotected.

Any ideas?

I am 13 weeks and 2 days pregnant, but I don't feel pregnant at all. No morning sickness, no weight gain (in fact I've lost 5 lbs), stomache is still flat. I had an ultrasound at 10 weeks and everything was fine, but I really don't feel that the baby is still in there. Am I going crazy??

My doctor wasn't too happy with them .. and ended up kinda arguing with them on the phone and told my husband and I that he'd call us when he gets a date for the induction .. and meanwhile .. I don't have any follow-up appts. in his office (just waiting to hear the date of induction). So, here I am in the dark .. just playing the waiting game. But, basically he incinuated that since I'm at 2cm if I were to have contractions and go to the ER .. they wouldn't send me home .. they would induce me!
Has anyone ever gotten induced with patocin only being 2cm dilated????
I'm definitely getting the epidural too!
It's my first baby.

I know that during ovulation your cervix should be SHOW ( soft, high, open and wet) but what is it supposed to be after you ovulate? I know it should be low, but should it be firm or soft?

I went to the doctor for a check up today. My mom stayed in the car and the doctor said to me " Have you ever had sex?" I said No but then he said " You are pregnet." Then I told him I did because I didn't want to lie to a doctor. And yes I did because my boyfriend made me. I just had my period and I am only 13 years old! What do I do? GOtta rant. Okay, so I'm about 7 1/2 months pregnant...and pretty darn round and waddle-y, and I'm aware of that. But I walked past a group of teenagers today at a store, and one boy said, "DAMN SHE FAT!" I could have turned around and snapped that little idiot's neck in half. Luckily for him some little girl he was with started explaining to him the difference between being fat and being pregnant, so I just kept walking like nothing happened because it sounded like she was giving him an earful. But I had no idea that there were TEENAGERS who didn't know what PREGNANCY looked like and would be so rude as to yell at a pregnant lady about her size. I'm pregnant, not fat...I've only gained about 10 pounds! I think that's pretty good!

Did anybody else have rude comments made about them during pregnancy?

I'm 12 weeks and a few days pregnant with my second child. I already have a 2 & 1/2 year old boy. I want a girl so I am able to experience having both, but my husband really wants our son to have a brother. I've been thinking very hard, and I've decided that if I have another boy I'm going to get my tubes tied. I don't think I could handle having two boys, along with my husband who is like a child, and then trying for a girl to only get another boy. What do you guys think about the whole situation? Please, no rude comments. Thanks.
