I know that during ovulation your cervix should be SHOW ( soft, high, open and wet) but what is it supposed to be after you ovulate? I know it should be low, but should it be firm or soft?

'The cervix will remain high until you ovulate - after which estrogen subsides and the hormone progesterone is released causing your cervix to return to its low. closed and hard position.'

I have only just managed to find mine after TTC for 2 1/2 years. Low and Hard (like the tip of your nose)

It gets firm, and the opening closes, or gets smaller.
