compansation during pregnancy

Worker's compensation is for on the job injuries. More than likely you didn't get pregnant on the job, nor was it an injury, so it's not an option.

You are, however, qualified for disability during maternity leave or sooner if your doctor deems that you are unable to work.

Good luck.

You can't get compensated for being pregnant...workers comp is for when you get injured on the job and can't work...most women can work through out their pregnancy and it is not an injury made at work. The most you'll get is maternity leave and that is also unpaid.

Workman's compensation is for on the job or work related injuries. I don't see how pregnancy could ever qualify. Lmao.

Its disability, not worker compensation. Unless a co-worker "fell" into you accidentally, during work hours.

Kidding aside, unless your employer has a maternity leave policy, all you get is disability.

No, you can't get it. You have to be eligible for work in order to receive WC benefits.
