I hear people talk about the "sacrifice" and how hard it is to be a parent, like hold their baby and feed it. I often see women bottle propping their infant, doing anything to avoid holding their baby. They will complain about changing diapers and not being able to go out when they feel like because they have to take care of their baby. Like it's a chore or something. I don't really understand why many mother's today think loving their baby is a chore and work. Maybe they never had a real job that sucked, and had horrible deadlines and demands. Maybe they'd appreciate their husband if they had. Maybe they'd appreciate motherhood more, you think?

I find being a mother one of the simplest, easiest jobs I've ever had. Yes, I even think colic is more tolerable than a tyrant boss who is way more pressure! I've dealt with both, and I pick midnight-noon colic ANYDAY! I would pick a toddler saying "No" and proceed with screaming on a store floor than a co-worker's gossiping and ill nature.

My daughter is an only child, is very bright and she has always argued with me, but has recently disregarded specific instructions, in fact has done just the opposite. Then when I get upset with her, she starts smacking herself, which breaks my heart, I am not into hitting and hate to see her do this to herself. I don't over react, I just ask her to stop hitting herself, and tell her its unnecessary.

Ok I asked before and people said that it sounded like I had a yeast infection. My vagina itches really bad and I have a slight discharge but then I thought about it and well the discharge looks like normal discharge. Oh thats not the part I've been thinking about well sometimes during the night I get this urge to pee really bad but feel too tired to get up so just hold it. Sometimes when I wake up between my thighs will be wet. So I was wondering could it be that I'm leaking out pee and that I'm just getting irritated from it or a rash maybe.

i'm about to have my little one in about 3-5 weeks, and i want to start losing weight soon after. i'll be breast feeding so i know that works well. but have any of you gone on some kind of program or did something to lose weight?

so technically im like 18 days late? I've now had 3 negative HPT results, but I have 99% of the pregnancy symptoms. If i was prego i would be like 6 weeks. I have to wait another week and a half for my appt at the clinic, so..
what are the chances that i am and getting negative results?? has anyone ever had this problem??

Isn't every pregnancy different? I think I could be about 12 weeks I feel lots of movements. I haven't been to the doctor yet and I still don't have enough hcg to detect I'm pregnant. But I have all the symptoms,breast tenderness ,morning and night sickness,glowing face, I spotted April 1-April 4.My mood changes, I've been crying alot over things that I usually laugh at.Is there anything else that could make me have these symptoms? I make sure I don't have gas by drinking prune juice 2or3times per week.

I am 6 weeks pregnant and not feeling great. I seem to make it through the day ok....just some fatigue and occasional queziness. The problem comes once I get home from work and finally slow down. I start feeling very nauseous, uncomfortable, and extremely weak. I know most people get nauseous, but the timing seems odd. I also haven't been able to sleep well for about a week. It's like I just can't get comfortable. Anyone experience similar things? Thanks for your help!

I am 27 yrs. old and 19 wks. pregnant. I had an u/s done that showed small calcification on baby's heart. Still have not gotten results back from quad screen, but I am already worried. Dr. says most of the time this is normal, but it can indicate Down Syndrome. Can anyone relate to this or does anyone have more info.? I am told not to worry but I can't help it.
