Well 4 weeks is when you miss your period, so that is usually the first and biggest sign, follwed by morning sickness, breast tenderness, frequent urination, etc...

Most of the time, symptoms become more noticeable after around the 6 weeks mark. (Although this varies from woman to woman of course!)
Some women suffer from sickness (not just in the morning but at any time of day, some suffer from bloated and sore breasts, other suffer from constant tiredness where your body is using all its energy on the growing baby, others find they have cramping in the abdomen (like period pain only with no period, and these pains can be sporadic-they're not always constant!) some women also find they are put off food (the smell of food they usually love can actually turn their stomachs) these are just a few....! The joys of pregnancy!!

Every pregnancy is different, so just because you're experiencing these symptoms during this one and not in your previous one doesn't really matter. I was sick and had everthing else you're describing before I confirmed my pregnancy and had it continue into my second trimeser. It means you're pregnant... not necessarily with twins. As far as the abortion decission, its up to you and the person who shared in getting you pregnant. Its no one elses business and no one can tell you what to do. I could give you my opinion, but it doesn't matter... I won't be there to help raise your child if you keep it nor will I be there to console you as you go through the emotional responses from the loss should you choose not to keep it. Weigh your options heavily and carefully. But make sure you BOTH have a say. Its not just up to you nor is it just up to the father. There are so many options and you should educate yourselves about all of them in order to make an informed decision that's right for both of you as well as your other child. I wish you the best! You're in a challenging situation... hang in there!

you can start to get symptoms as early as a week after conception. the most common sign is missed or late period.

Missing your period, being overly tired, nauseous, no appetite, moody. That's what I felt when I was first pregnant but didn't know it.
