My son was the easiest pregnancy. No problems until the end when my feet started swelling. I went into labor and stopped at the doctors (since I couldn't get a hold of them on the phone) and they told me they would check and then most likely send me home. Well, I was 6 cm and had to hurry to the hospital and in 3 easy hours I was holding the cutest little boy.

Now my daughter was the hardest most difficult. I was on bed rest from 17 weeks and at 31 wks had to have an emergency C and almost died.

No, I think easiness of pregnancy has nothing to do with labor and delivery. Although, be prepared. I had a cake walk of a pregnancy with my first child. Labor. . . all back labor (very painful). After 41 (yes 41) hours of labor I had an emergency c-section. Wasn't prepared for one at all, so it was difficult. But with my second easy pregnancy, I had an equally as easy scheduled c-section. Not trying to frighten you, just wanting you to be prepared.
