Ok I asked before and people said that it sounded like I had a yeast infection. My vagina itches really bad and I have a slight discharge but then I thought about it and well the discharge looks like normal discharge. Oh thats not the part I've been thinking about well sometimes during the night I get this urge to pee really bad but feel too tired to get up so just hold it. Sometimes when I wake up between my thighs will be wet. So I was wondering could it be that I'm leaking out pee and that I'm just getting irritated from it or a rash maybe.

It sounds like a yeast infection I had one with my ds and I had all the problems you are describing and mine was bad for some reason. Talk to your OB and tell them what is goin on if its a yeast infection they will tell you to use the monistat 7 day cause the 7 day is ok to use dont get the one day or the 3 day its too strong but the 7 day works. Also I see some people mention a UTI well there is an easy way to rule that out with out goin to the doctor. In the stores by the pregnancy test now there is a UTI test looks similar to a pregnancy test. Go buy one and use it and it will tell you if you have a UTI or not. They work well I used one, one time cause I was out of town so my doctor could not see me any way I used it and it said I had a UTI so I called a Urgent Care where I was and told them and they told me to come in so they could give me some medicine while I was there they checked me and sure enough the test was right I did. So get one of those test and take it however I really think you have an yeast infection it will be itchy, leakage is normal either way, you will swell and also another thing is intercourse wont feel right it will be dry and very uncomfortable as well (sorry if TMI but just trying to help). Hope this helps I would start with the UTI test to rule it out then call the doc and tell them the symtoms. Good Luck!

They are ALL signs of a Yeast Infection and a Urinary Tract Infection.
See a doctor immediately, you've got some real problems, if your having discharge, with itch and wetting yourself while sleeping. That is NOT normal.
Any kind of irritation or rash down there is some kind of infection. Go get help.

yeast inf are common in pregnancy.
the increase of hormones causes a change in the balance of the Ph in the vagina and that can increase
the growth of yeast.
you can use an over the counter medicine (like monistat) however you need to use the 7 day treatment b/c it takes longer for the yeast to go away when you are preg and only insert the applicator 1/2 way in.
as long as the d/c does not have a "fishy" or "sour" odor and is not a yellow or green in color you will be fine it is probably a yeast inf.
NEVER hold your pee. that can cause a bladder inf and if left untreated can cause a kidney inf which can be life threatening.
if you feel like you need to urinate go urinate. it only gets worse... trust me...
wait until you have to get up 10 times in a night to go pee.
that sucks.

it sounds like a yeast infection...i had similar symptoms and told my midwife about...she said that's what it was and gave me a cream to put on...she also says that yeast infections are very common during pregnancy and can be worse during summer months.... now i'm not trying to sound vulgar or anything but if you can don't sleep in underwear(maybe just a long nightgown) this will allow your vaginal area some much needed fresh air
whatever you do, if you can help it, NEVER EVER, hold it...holding it can lead to a uti(urinary tract infection) or even a bladder infection or kidney problems

You're going to want to check with your doctor just to be sure, but here's what I think from a similar experience during pregnancy.
You are likely leaking pee, and during pregnancy you tend to be "wetter" and swollen in your "areas" lol. The urine may be irritating your skin, causing the itch...kinda like a diaper rash.
It is probably just common pregnancy woes, but definatley have it checked out. Could be vaginosis if there's a severe odor, yeast or bladder infection, or a UTI. My money's on common woes, but be checked out to be sure.

Sounds like a yeast infection you're dealing with. I never have the "classic" yeast infection discharge, I just usually have alot of discharge in general.

Just go to the doctor and have them run some tests on your urine (you have to pee every time you go anyway). They can test for both yeast infections and urinary tract infections. From what you're saying, it sounds like it could be either (though I'm placing my bets on yeast infection).

yo.u are dealing with more than one issue here.
the itching and swelling is one problem and needs to be
evaluated in person by a gyn doctor. can be one or more of
many different problems.
holding in your pee, on the other hand, is not a good habit to
get into. this is because your bladder is made of what is called
transitional tissue. these kind of cells when stretched enough
for long periods of time,will not return to there original tone;
resulting in a weak bladder.
to sum it up. see a docter about the itching and swelling; and
pee when you get the urge............Monte
