I have just started taking Zoloft 25mg I have done alot of research but nothing comes up for breastfeeding a toddler while on this drug. I will admit that i have started feeling so much better, and have been able to be a more active part of my daughers (23 months) life. Any experience you may have while on this drug and breastfeeding is very welcomed. Thank you.

My friend has a 5 month old daughter, and her boyfriend is leaving them both today and going out-of-state because he relapsed on drugs and his family won't assist her. He's taking the only car they had and now she doesn't have a way to drive to work, or pay for rent or any daycare or anything like that. How can she get assistance with those?

I am not a parent myself but coming from the last generation to get spanked. As an observation a couple gernerations down from me are millions of kids who do not obey their parents and get everything they want. I see tantrums in Wal-Mart, I have watched my peers attack eachother in schools, I have even been present at school when one pulled a gun. My girlfriend babysits for the child of some rich parents that never discipline their child and she always aims for what she wants, which causes problems since my girlfriend won't put up with it.

Anyway, to the point. Now no one is allowed to spank their kids and Dr. Spock sais it will destroy their fragile personalities... Dr. Spocks son committed suicide. Their is no form of logical discipline and touching your kid in public will get them taken away.

Personally I think that this generation is out of control. I'm not saying we should rule them since "Autocracy breeds rebellion".

We have 2 baby girls, 2 and 8 mos, & we have had the same lady keeping them since the oldest was 6 wks old. We trust her. However, since she has taken on the care of the littlest one she no longer takes them outside to play. After the 2nd baby was born I changed jobs and now work from home. I would really love it if someone could come here to watch them, instead of me dropping them off at someone else's house...or at a regular daycare. My question is...I have met a Cuban lady who would be willing to care for my babies in my house, at a price we can afford, while I work. She speaks only Spanish and I would LOVE for my girls to learn a 2nd language. Do I take a chance with this new lady? If we 'fire' our current daycare provider and this lady changes her mind at some point we would not be able to get the other one back. This scares me. She keeps giving excuses as to why they don't go outside anymore and won't give us a definitive date as to when this issue will be resolved.

right i tell you it from the start, me and my husband have been trying for another baby since sept 06. i had a period 28th oct, 22 nov, then 23rd dec. i had a very light bleed about the 10th jan on/off for about 3days then nothing, ive done a cple of test (last 1 2day) but still neg. im not stressed out , my attitude is if it happens it happen, if not never mind. i just think its a bit long now. i dont really want 2 bother my doc just yet. i know most of yous will say do another test in wk,but i know that .

When my 5 month old is concentrating on something, she tends not to pay attention to anything else. I can call her name, talk to her, and she won't turn her head to me. She knows Im talking because she starts to smile but she won't look. She just stays focused on her toy. I have whispered at her ear when she is not focused on anything and she turns her head, so I know she can hear me. Is this normal?

I can usually pin point the exact day i will start my period. I estimate on the calendar when i should be ovulating, but i don't get pregnant from it. I have been trying for a year to concieve and i keep hearing that if you have a regular period then you have a pretty good chance of concieving....so what else could be the problem?

One week ago, I noticed that I was having some slight spotting for a couple of days. My breasts also seem heavier, a little sore. I am completely exhausted every day, I've also been going to the bathroom more than normal. I can't brush my tongue without gagging, and I've found that lots of things are making my stomach turn lately. I've also been extremely tender in my lower abdomen. If I move too quickly, I get a sharp pain.

I don't usually get my period, so I don't know if I'm late. Do you think it would be worth it to test? I have had false alarms before.

I started taking my temperature upon arising each morning to see if that would help. My temperature is 97.2. Is that normal? It does not really go up at all. The highest temperature was 97.9. How do I know when I should be ovulating?

In my last question I asked.....

I said when I have sex (still a virgin) that I will have to check out both the boy and myself before we make the desicion and the week before we have sex. Is it werid that I think that way, or am I just protecting myself?


Most of the people thought I was so smart and had a good head on my shoulders.


Why?
