can anyone btter explain my docters report to me from a ectopic pregnancy?

endometrium normal,sac remainders present to the right adnexial area.free fluid present in douglas?

well i know douglas means 'pouch of douglas' because i have endometriosis there. i dont know what the rest means though. sorry.
