One week ago, I noticed that I was having some slight spotting for a couple of days. My breasts also seem heavier, a little sore. I am completely exhausted every day, I've also been going to the bathroom more than normal. I can't brush my tongue without gagging, and I've found that lots of things are making my stomach turn lately. I've also been extremely tender in my lower abdomen. If I move too quickly, I get a sharp pain.

I don't usually get my period, so I don't know if I'm late. Do you think it would be worth it to test? I have had false alarms before.

Take a pregnancy test, if you are far enough along to have symptoms as you do, then a test should be accurate now. Good luck!

It does sound as if you have some common signs of pregnancy, however if you want a child badly enough, you can kind of imagine those kinds of things. The sharp pain in the abdomen should not be pregnancy related. I would recommend taking an at home pregnancy test, they never give false positives. If you don't trust that method see a doctor.
