Pregnancy & Parenting - 25 January 2007

I can't physically stop him. He won't respect my 'no' and he won't stop even when my kids say 'owe'. It starts off fun and he gets carried away. He is an adult, but won't respect it when I say enough. He throws my baby around and I tell him to stop and he laughs at me for being an overprotective mom. He thinks he is doing what all guys do, and that kids need to learn to be around a man... (their dad left). He once fed my 1 month old whipping cream behind my back of course because he'd knew I'd be upset. I tell him to stop, and he turns around and lashes out at me. How do I stop him... I don't want to miss family functions and miss seeing everyone, to set bounderies with him. Although I would love to say. 'when you can respect us, then you can see us'.. but then I wouldn't see other familes either.

she reads to him then lays down beside him so he'll go to sleep she falls asleep also . until about 2 months ago he would sleep by himself than he started acting up

I am in my first trimester and it's been pretty good so far except for feeling tired all day long. I can barely finish an 8-hour shift at work: it's hard to stay focused (I work in the office) and I just feel so physically exhausted. I eat right and exercise, get plenty of sleep. I realize it is one of many "joys" of being pregnant, but is there anything I can do to make it better?

Granted I am the parent, but I am tired of him telling me how late his friends are aloud to stay up and talk on thier phones...

My daughter is 3 months and 1 week old. She's always hungry about 2 - 3 hours after eating. I tried giving her water or diluted juice, or even pedialite to hold her over. It doesn't work.
I called her pediatrition and he recomended enfamil prosobee ar. Come to find out this doesn't exist. They don't make ar in the soy format and my daughter cant have milk based formula.
Friends and relitives have been suggesting adding cereal to her formula for over a month now. What do you all think i should do? Also how much to a 6oz bottle?

My 6 1/2 mo old daughter seems to cry alot. If I pick her up, she cries, if I put her down, she cries, if I give her a bottle, she cries, I rock her, she cries, if we go for a car ride, she cries, gave her a bath, she cries. Ive burped her. Ive given her teething tablets thinking that might help, given her a small dose of tylenol thinking shes in pain, tummy drops as well, and no not all at the same time. Im not a 1st time mom so please dont judge me there like on my last Q about her in her crib. The doctor doesnt see anything wrong with her. Shes not interested in playing. Could there be something seriously wrong with her that can't be seen just by looking at her? Im really worried. Shes just seems to be a very unhappy baby and I dont like seeing her this way. I love her so much and don't know what else to do. Should I consider a specialist or something? Shes cried herself to sleep yet wimpers in her sleep. What am I doing wrong? When shes upsept, my son, 22 mo gets upset too. Help?!

Ok so me and my boyfriend messed around with his pants and underwear off but my underwear was still on and I was on my period. He didnt get up there but it was close. Is there away that you can get pregnant from this.

I am 12 and i dont have any females i can talk to about this so i am going to ask you. How can i prepare for my periods like at school and everything? If you have any websites that give video demonstrations on inserting tampons and everything. So how do i prepare is my main question. Please help!

when i was pregnant with my daughter i had these cravings so bad every day that it would make me cry because i couldnt eat what i was craving for....im trying to get pregnant and dont want to go through the same thing again because it was torture if eating things off the ground ie"dirt"and"sand" wasnt so filthy and didnt have like 10 billion germs i reakon i woulda lived off it!!! does anyone know how to beat these cravings?

I am 21 years old and I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries. Recently my ex came to see me in college and we engaged in sexual intercourse. I have been feeling really tired, and getting unusual pains in my lower stomach. Sometimes I can smell certain things from really far away. The main thing that bothers me are the cramps in my lower stomach. Today is the first day it's happened and it's been on and off constantly. They arent too sharp but definately uncomfortable. I dont get periods without takin birth control and I havent taken it at all this month, so I know my period can't come on. There was spotting earlier in the month though which is a side effect from not taking the pill. I also know I ovulated during the time we were having sex. My question is could I be pregnant. I was told my chances to conceive would be almost impossible without pills to help conceive. What do you think?

i have got irreguler periods due to me having pcos, but i have been on metformin for 2 months now and it seems to be going well.
But i am now 18 days past lmp and i have really sore boobs, and i am bleeding( its a light pink to brown dicharge) with some red spots and it is sticky
and i just want to know is this normal as it has never happened to me before.
(we are trying for another baby as we have 1 daughter and would like to add to our family).

What excercises are ideal for pregnancy? I know not to exhaust myself, do anything rigorous, no sit-ups/crunches, etc. but what IS allowed besides walking and swimming? I was thinking of taking up yoga, and was wondering if light weight lifting is ok on our bowflex--I have a 30lb. toddler to tote around, so it would be less than that for working out. Thank you.

can anyone tell me how far away my periods are? I have had breasts for 3 years, pubic hair for 2 years, discharge for 2 years and underarm hair for 1 year. I really want to know.
