Well, this is going to sound like an awful insulting personal question, but it pertains, I promise...are you overweight? Most women with PCOS are overweight, and that starts the whole cycle in your body of not using insulin correctly(being insulin resistant) and then storing all the extra which makes you gain more weight, constantly crave carbs, and somehow (they're not quite sure yet) this affects your hormones in some forsaken way making periods erratic, which is the reason why pregnancy with out assistance is difficult. So...if you're overweight, there's a much smaller chance, however, there's always a chance. Having PCOS doesn't mean you can't get pregnant without help, it means it can take a long time of trying b/c you never know when ovulation will happen.
I have PCOS, after losing 70lbs. taking glucophage, I got pregnant even though I was still taking the pill. When I lost weight my body worked right, and I got pregnant ON ACCIDENT! So, you don't necesarrily have to have assitance. Now, to your present predicament, all those symptoms of yours can be symptoms of pregnancy, but later. IT's much too soon for those things to be happening. The major tiredness doesn't hit in until about the second-third month, which is also where morning sickness, and heightened smell (which is half of what makes a pregnant woman sick) kicks in. So all that wouldn't have anything to do with it.
Here's the short version: get a test, take the test. Actually, seeing as how there's no telling when your period should've been since you have PCOS, best bet would be to go to a Dr. who can tell definitively with a urine test, blood test, or ultrasound whether you are pregnant or not.

Talk to your doctor. Ask about seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist. They can help you with options to become pregnant and stay pregnant. I have PCOS too and we tried unsuccessfully for 7 years to conceive our first child on our own. After I started seeing a specialist I was pregnant within 4 months after using the fertility drug Clomid. Don't believe any doctor that tells you that you won't be able to carry a baby to term. You've had a tough go of things thus far but it isn't the end of the road. There are still lots of things you can try so don't give up hope just yet! We conceived our second child on our own just before my daughter turned two! We weren't using protection because we figured I couldn't get pregnant on my own! Ha! So be careful if you don't want any surprises after #1 comes along...! :) All the best!

I have PCOS and was diagnosed when I was about 17 and I'm 24 now. It is the leading cause of infertility but it is possible to get pregnant naturally and I know because I have a 4 year old little boy who was conceived without any fertility drugs. I had periods like 3 times a year and when I was pregnant with him I had light spotting and cramping while pregnant but before I knew I was pregnant and I thought it to be one of my few periods. Now with our second child we had to take fertility drugs for 2 years to get pregnant. But it is possible, our little guy is walking proof so please go take a test. You definitley have some pregnancy symptoms. Cramps are normal in pregnancy, 100% normal in fact I'm still getting them and am almost 7 weeks pregnant. It's better to know than to worry so buy a test, take a deep breath and do the test. Good luck girl! =)

Yes, it is possible. I have been diagnosed for 12 years with PCOS. I did get pregnant 6 years ago. I have gone a full 2 years w/o a period just before that. But without taking birth control, sometimes I might get a period on my own 2x a year. I also dont usually get one unless the doctor puts me on a med to get my period. It is possible since you dont always know when your body will ovulate or produce a period on its own. If you know how long its been since that date, 5 weeks or more, then take a test. If it hasnt been that long I would wait a little longer before taking it.

YES
go buy a pregnancy testing kit and/or see your doctor
and if you are not pregnant now, then use contraception if you dont want to be - PCOS is not contraception
While you are there, ask your doctor to really explain the pill to you, I think there are a few things you may not understand.

Yes, it is possible. If you ovulated, the ovum traveled down the fallopian tube and the sperm was waiting to fertilize it! If you did manage to ovulate and your tubes and uterus are healthy, a baby could implant and grow.
