My little girl is 5 months old and I'm considering getting rid of her pacifier in the next month or two, so I was curious when others got rid of the pacifier.

My son is still waking about every 2&1/2-3 hrs. to feed at night and sometimes, the frequent feedings seem to cause gas issues (where he can't fall asleep immediately after the feed-pulling up legs, crying).

I have a 12 yr old boy and a14 yr old girl,their grandma and their dad argues alot in front of them and even tries to bring them in on it. Their dad and grandma are allways saying bad things about me(their mother) that are not true, This upsets my kids to where they are crying. They came home this weekend and told me that their dad got in an arguement with their grandma and my son asked his dad why did he get a divorce with his mom, his dad told him that his mom was a slut and she slept around on him and he has more rights to them than she does. This upset my kids real bad and they came home and told me what he said.
what he said was not true at all, and i left him, not the other way around. Is this mental child abuse? oh, i almost forgot to say that i dont talk bad about their dad or anyone in front of my kids. All i could say is that he didnt tell the truth.

Is mild cramping common in early pregnancy? Has anyone else had it? I'm only 5 weeks pregnant, but I occasionally get alittle cramping (more annoying then painful). Feels similair to menstrual cramps, but not nearly as painful. Thank you!

i did a home pregnancy test and it was positive. if all is going well, i should be into the 3rd week by now. however, i am experiencing cramps and weakness in my legs. at times it feels numb and cold. is this normal?

This is my first baby and im getting used to all the stuff u are supposed to nedd with a newborn. I was going to make my own cotbumper, but whilst researching it, i have read that they are dangerous and should not be used with a newborn? So any experienced mums wanna tell me their experiences/thoughts on this? Should I just use blankets/sleeping bags and thats it?? Its all so confusing!

She is on solid foods but is limited to fruits and most vegatables and little dairy and meats. She can eat pasta as well without trouble. She was breastfeed until 9 mos old. She can't even eat carrots or she is up all nite. I give her juices to try to help her bowel movements..but she still only has movements the size of raisins. I realize that she shouldn't be drinking a bottle in the middle of the night...but she will not go back to sleep without it.

Is it normal for the guy to be tired after but for the girl to be wide awake?? Should she want to do it again or will it just piss him off??
He says he is tired until he opens his eyes and sees me there. Why does it go away like that?? Why is he tired when he has his eyes closed but not when his eyes are open??

Before I was to start my period I had a brownish pinkish discharge, then a few days later it would be there when I wiped. It went away for a few day and has come back today, I am probably 1 or 2 days late, but I took a pregnancy test a couple days ago and it was negative. I also had a dream I took a pregnancy test last night..and it was positive.... weird!

My poor little 11 month old girl bonked her head this morning, and cried very hard. Her initial cry after hitting her head was to the point where she exhausted all of the air in her lungs until finally she gasped for air for the next cry. I am curious if someone has had a child lose consciousness from not breathing because of a hard cry, and as a parent what I am supposed to do if this happens. Thanks for your time!

My boyfriend and I are expecting. First for me second for him. Why does he talk to his babys mama everyday? Even the days that he doesnt have his child. For example this morning, she called at 7am. For what reason... I dont know. He wont answer it infront of me. When she calls he will answer and go in the other room. It is really starting to annoy me. Am I just being paranoid? What is he hidding? Cuz if there wasnt anything to hide he would speak with her right in front of me.

I am a little confused. I'm at 32 weeks and I'm filling out a bunch of forms and answering health question every week and almost every time there is something about feeding asking "Will you breast feed, use formula, or use both?"

How do you use both? Doesn't that do a number on your baby's tummy? Do you alternate feedings with pure breast milk and formula w/ water? Or do you prepare the formula with the breast milk? How does doing BOTH work?

I have PCOS and my doctor told me that I should be able to conceive that it might just take a little longer. He gave me Clomid 50 mg back in Oct. and I did ovulate and we tired to get pregnant but it didn't happen, we tried in Nov and Dec also but without Clomid. I have an appt. with him again the first day of Feb. to see if he wants to give me clomid again and up the dose. Has anyone tried this or know someone who has and how successful was it, my biggest fear is that I can't get pregnant (although the doc says I should be able to) and both my husband and I very much so want a baby.

Is it ok to sleep in when your grade 1 child is up? I remember as a child, I got up at 4:00 am every morning and my parents slept later then that.. but they had puzzles out for me... (I was 4 years old)! Is this ok?
