Call your doctor. At a regular appointment you should expect the same weight check, BP check, pee test, plus probably a vaginal check to see if you are dialating and effacing yet. I would however call the doctor's office and let them know about the pain. The nurses can ask you questions that will help determine the cause of the pain. Better to be safe than sorry, hun. Maybe TMI, but alot of women will have a bout of diarrhea before going into labor. Mother natures way of prepping you. Good luck.

It seems like contractions (normal) but not yet labor... At labor contractions become REGULAR every 5 minutes and also they start to HURT. It will probably come very soon! Good luck!!
