Pregnancy & Parenting - 22 January 2007

My 10 year old daughter is real big and fat and sloppy. She is 5'0 and weights 355 lbs. She has many many rolls of fat and has difficulty breathing because of her extremely obese stature. I have tried to do everything in my power to help her to loose weight. I do not keep junk food in the house. I buy only fruits and veggies and try to explain to her the importance of a healthy diet. She is not getting the fatty foods from home, she gets them from friends houses. One of her friends mother called me and told me that she found my daughter in her shower eating a pan full of lasagne. One of my daughter's boyfriends suggested that she start taking diet pills to loose her weight. He says that diet pills will burn the fat off quickly and the more she takes the more weight she will loose in a short amount of time. Is this ok? Should she really be taking 20 pills per day? Help please!

Hi, im breastfeeding my 8 month baby, and for 2 days now i have had a sore nipple, and delevoped a blister on it!
Ive still been breastfeeding with it but im so much pain, its rubbing off on baby. Ive got some nipple cream but it isnt really helping.
Ive tried warm flannels etc,
Any advice.......

I am 9 weeks 4 days, and just recently when using the bathroom i wiped a pinkish discharge, later that night it was brownish, but nothing as of now. I had a miscarriage in September 2005 at 7 weeks. If it will help I am 27 years old. I am so scared that it could be happening again. I really want this child. Please help! and no cramps, just a little soreness in the lower abdomen, but not extreme. Sorry if this was TMI, I'm just scared.

Me and my husband are ttc for 6 months, I started to track my ovulation today is 3dpo me and my husband had sex on the 15,17,19 which was during my fertile time anf on my ovualtion day. Was wandering what are some things to look for that are differnt after ovulation that would indicate success? Its going to kill me to wait 10 more days to test.

I am a 16 year old guy and my family is into nudism. We were raised in the nudist environment but how do I talk to my parents about an embarrassing situation. My aunt Dawn had me and my sister over at her house while my parents were out of town. They have an outside pool and a fenced in backyard. Well as usual, we go nude often as they are into the nudist lifestyle as well. The thing that happened here that is weird is that my Aunt Dawns 13 year old daughter Amanda was walking around nude and this time I got an erection. I know that is nasty cause she is my cousin and I felt really guilty but I got hard when I saw her bare butt. Well now my aunt is angry with me as she saw it and I got scolded. What do I tell my parents? How do I approach them? If I don't my aunt will.

My son is almost 7 months, and enjoys a wide varierty of solid foods. Can anyone tell me when he will be ready to have pureed broccoli or spinach? I know that they have to be a certain age for certain foods. I'd love to know if he's ready for those two foods yet. Thanks!

I am not talking about people who need to have both workig but htose who don't....? They have kids, hire the nanny, and back at work, then when the kids are old enough, off to private boarding school, so whats the point...it seems odd to me, I think they just want an image of themselves becasuse they are just so "special"...????????????? Why have them?...I feel sorry for kids like that....my friend was one and she is messed up...
