website I found suggests the following:
(I know you tried this already, but it gives specifics on how to do it):
nipple stimulation, which helps aid the body in releasing its own natural oxytocin. This can be done by applying a warm towel to both breasts for five minutes or massaging one breast for 10 minutes. Gently roll the nipple (twist back and forth) and stop when you feel a contraction. If this is going to work, uterine contractions will usually be felt within 20 minutes.

Walking keeps you upright and exerts downward pressure on the cervix, helping you toward cervical effacement and dilation. (It's also good exercise!)

Don't forget about simple relaxation! Anxiety produces hormones that may delay labor

Also, I hear sex is a good one....NONE of these worked for me, they came when they were ready but they may work for you. Good luck!

Walking will not necessarily work to put you into labor...it does however help to progress labor once it is started.

I have tried several things in the last week of pregnancy to start labor with no good results(keep away from caster oil...although it does help some people it is not a good option)

With my last daughter the doctor "stripped" my membranes which put me into labor within 24 hours. So maybe at your next appointment you can ask about it.

lots of ways to ATTEMPT to start labor but if your baby was ready to come nipple stimulation or sex would have worked try rasp leaf tea. bottom line is he will come when hes ready and not a minute before.

They say that walking, sex, nipple stimulation, work, I have tried all three and I still haven't had any luck. I think it all depends on how far along you are. I am due Feb 1st, so I am going to give it another week and then try all three again... I am going to walk around the whole town if it will work...lol... hang in there, congrats, and good luck!

Raspberry tea, supposedly.

This may sound a little far off, but I really do believe what jumpstarted my labor with my second child was prayer. Got on my knees, asked God to please help me deliver this child quickly. I was in labor less than 3 hours later. I was 3 days overdue, though, so chances were I was going to start labor soon.

You are ready, OK, but the baby is obviously in need for some extra days in the safety of mothers womb. Just be patient and do not try anything by force, it might hurt the baby.

i had 6 kids so i can relate to being ready but the bottom line is the baby will come out when nature says the baby is ready too. bringing the baby out to soon may not be in its benefit. i also tried walking NO go lol.

hey there cograts on your pregnancy i have a 4mth old and 9 yr old..evan if you are ready i would just wait for it to happen when it is ready to happen,it is too dangerous and risky to try and get your labor started yourself evan though you probely justwant it over by now..*s* but just let it start when it is ready..my friend almost lost her baby trying to get her labor started aftr drinking caster oil..it was awful to see her in that much agony just fort drinking that..so best of luck to you and hopefully you will opt to just letting it start on its own

Walking. Lots and lots of walking. I walked our local mall all day the day before I gave birth to our oldest daughter. It helps to dilate and efface your cervix. Good luck and Congrats!!
