You probably won't feel anything if you are trying to see if you are pregnant. A midwife is trained to do this. It is not until later that you yourself would be able to feel the baby via your abdomen.

Well the best thing to figure out if you're pregnant or not is just to get a test, some women don't feel any symptoms but I'm pretty sure that you would feel something now. It could be about your diet for sure, you might not be getting enough nutrients, many people who go vegans don't realize that when you do take meat/dairy out of your diet you're missing a lot of nutrients and vitamins. You also cannot get the full amino acids without meat unless you eat a grain called Quinwea...its almost like a rice and you can find it at most health food stores and natural stores. No matter the reason, not having a period for 3 months is abnormal and you need to see an OBGYN. You could have cysts on your ovaries or anything like that.

Generally speaking, the physical examination of a woman in early pregnancy is quite similar to that of a woman who is not pregnant.
Sometimes the cervix feels a bit soft and may have a darker color when seen through the speculum. Sometimes the woman may note more breast tenderness on examination. But typically there isn't one obvious finding that would tell the doctor that you are pregnant until you are about six to eight weeks along, when the uterus starts to enlarge. Even then, this is more easily felt in someone who is slender, and some advanced pregnancies have gone unnoticed in women who are extremely overweight.

It takes a while before it gets bigger where you can notice it. I had a tiny little bump but I only noticed it AFTER I was told by the doctor that I was pregnant. If I wouldn't have known I was pregnant, I would have never noticed it until probably a few months! If you are wondering if you are pregnant, go take a pregnancy test. My baby bump started out in my lower tummy area, but like I said, I would take months before you actually felt something hard in there!

Soft, until about 12-16 weeks then it begins to harden an the placenta forms. Feels pretty funny as you get further along too. When I was pregnant I could see my daughter moving, and It looke like a scene from Aliens, LOL

It depends on how far you are...if you've taken a pregnancy test and know you're pregnant, check out babycenter.com to look at how you're babys developing and what changes you can expect to your body. If you think you're pregnant, it's hard to tell the difference between thinking you're about to get your period and being pregnant...they pretty much have the same symptoms. My only advice for you is to go to the store and buy a test...they're only $10...or see if there's a pregnancy center in you city. They usually provide free testing and can help you out if you have financial problems.

You won't feel a 'pregnant belly' until you are at least 3 to 4 months pregnant. When you do, it's doesn't feel like fat, it's a bit harder and there is a bump where your uterus is getting larger, just above your pelvic bone.

the baby is growing inside you and needs more space, that's why you might feel your abdomen a little bit like a rubber ball.
