My frd had a abortion around end of Nov last year. She forgot to go back and check after the surgery and now her period is still not coming, is it normal???? she is very scared now, please HELP!!!!!!

i am due to have a c section in a few more weeks,., my first born was natural birth. i dont know what to expect in this c section and i am really scared...im already afraid of needles so i know im going to be more afriad here... luckly my husband will be there as well for support but he said if he looks he will pass out... will i feel anything? like at all??? if there is someone that has had a c section could you tell me what they do step by step please

i stopped taking it i had unprotective sex on the saturday with my bf of 6 years i was reading the packet after and it said the important times to not miss the pill is before the seven days and after we have had sex again since then will this mean I will become pregnant, and since stopping the pill I have had headaches and spotting is this normal, plus I feel like I got my sex drive back.

My daughter is nearly five and is very sweet and kind. She is very popular with adults because of her lovely nature. Lately when she has been playing with her bestfriend she has been naughty. She ran off with her and crossed a busy road without me knowing where she was and today at her day-care house she and her friend poured water over the carers carpet. My daughter has been with this carer for 3 years and we treat her like family. I was shocked when she told me what the girls had done. Later at home when I asked my daughter whose idea was it she said her friend said to do it or else she wouldn't be her friend. What should I do about this friendship? They are about to start school together so I am hoping my daughter will hopefully make some other friends. Should I speak to the girls mother?

Is it true that, before you plan to conceive, you must do a smear test ? Cause I am terrified of that damned smear test. I have had a silent miscarriage in December 2006 and had a d'n'c done, but my husband wants that I have a smear test done before trying to conceive again.

I am working and get back home by 7.30, my son goes to sleep by 8.30-9.00 as he does not sleeps in daytime, keeps playing. His studies are getting affected. whenever I find time, i ask him to do his homework and he refuses to do that.

Firstly PLEASE don't misunderstand q as trying to provoke an argument, as I'm just curious to understand why without putting pressure.

I exclusively breastfed for 1st 3 mths then have mixed fed since (due to baby's v slow weight gain) so have experience in both.

But... it seems that many people now are bottlefeeding from start and I would really like to know what stopped you wanting to breastfeed. In my opinion (again not lecturing - got my own share of that when started mixing), breast has more pros (health of baby, deeper bonding, on tap, delayed period, free compared to expensive formula) and few cons (probs in public, delayed dieting).

As so many of you are doing it, there must be something I'm not getting. Also, would you have considered mixed as I have done? (may be lucky but baby has had no probs switching)

We will be taking my son to San Antonio for his birthday, we will be going on Monday, May, 14, and staying until Thursday. this summer i went through a raelly bad break up with this guy that i not only dated for a long time i was also friends with for a long time.Before him and i broke up well actually we had sex with out a condom and he did come inside me ( more than once).i know it was stupid.. i know i'm young ( you live and learn) i'm not a little girl .. i'm 5'9 about 180.Now i have gained weight ( i dunno if it is because i have been stressed out or becausei am pregnant) the top part of my stomach is very hard it almost feels like there is this ball on it and it goes hard the rest the way down. ( i had a slight period in oct for about 2 days) nothing scence and alot of discharge .. i will go pee and my underwear will be cover in discharge ( basc. never happened before) and when i lay down and put my hand to my stomch i can feel something and when i sit here i can feel something kick me.. its not wishful thinking. i keep getting - hpt test. am i pregnant? HELP WHAT WOULD U DO ?

My 2 year and a half year old has earinfection. He was prescribed antibiotics and 2 days after starting it he has diarrhoea- yellow. Ive been thriough 8 underpants in a hour today. Know antibiotics might cause it but this is my first time it has happened. What can I do to make it better quicker? Son also not really in the mood to eat anything and that doesnt help either. Luckily he drinks water a lot.. Please advise.

I have been left with a gaping hole in my roof, the wind ripped my tiles away. I telephoned the insurance company immediately and was assured someone would be in touch the morning after before 11am. To cut a long story short, 4 phone calls over the week-end threatening them with legal action if they dont do something they are asking me to pay up-front for the damage and they will re-imburse me, their reason being they have a high-demand because of all the damage from the storm. I have refused this, its now 4 days and still nothing done (only a claim number) what can I do. also it takes an hour to get through to them every time I ring.

sometimes my mom is really mean. she says im lazy and fat but I am not any of those. Then she turns all nice and she makes me food and cleans my room folds my cloths! I dont get her.

Is this normal behavior to act horible then be totaly nice the next mintute?
