there is what we call a septic sbortion in this case abortion is done and causes and infection ( common in countries where abortion is not legal and so abortion being done in " illegal " clinics ) in this case the abortionist is not an M.D.,usually the instruments are not sterile, and the patients suffers from infection because they usually delay in going to a doctor it rapidly spreads and becomes a " pelvic inflammatory disease ", i this case some scarring of the uterus and the fallopian tubes may occur making it difficult if not impossiblle to concieve...very sad but true

however, if done aseptically and by a qualified personnel, there should be no problem with fertility... unless of course there is an abnormality in the female reproductive system which caused the abortion in the first place, in this case the cause has to be corrected ( example a myoma ( growth ) in the uterus that has to be removed )...

No it is not hard to have kids after an abortion. Matter of fact you can become pregnant very quickly right after a abortion. Be very careful.

No. It will not cause you problems later unless there is some kind of complication.

Can you consider adoption instead?
