GO TO ER! This is signs of pre-term labor! I had pre-term with mine, so trust me. You want to go, even if it was false alarm better safe than sorry. 29 weeks is too early!

It might be Braxton Hicks, but it might be something worse. You really don't want to have the baby this early, so go to the ER and get checked out. Also, this is kind of gross, but you or your hubby could check to see if you are any further dialated. When you feel up there, you will feel something that is like a belly button. If you were 1 cm, then that would mean that just the tip of your finger would fit in it. Any bigger, and you are dialating more and need to go to the ER. You can reach it yourself if you lay down on the floor and bend your knees, if you don't want to ask hubby to do it.

See your doctor. Is your uterus strong enough to hold the baby full term? Has your doctor ran test to see if your baby could survive being born so early? You need to stay off your feet, get plenty of bed rest. If you start to bleed?call 911 immediately. God be with you, and Good Luck.

Get to a hospital as quickly as possible. Bad cramps aren't something to ignore.

go to your OB-GYN, you might just be suffering from BRAXTON-HICKS contractions which are actually just false contractions, however, you do have a history of pre-mature labor already, i suugest you go to the hospital and see your OB-GYN ASAP...
