Pregnancy & Parenting - 14 January 2007

They have a discoloration in the middle of them and I'm not sure if that is related to producing milk or dry skin. They (just the nipples) are very sore. During the day the nipples will get sharp pain in them and they will become hard and then it all goes away as quick as it came. Looking for insight...thanks.

How common are semen isssues that are not related to sperm count? My husband has taken a home semen test, and everything seemed ok, we are both young (22-23) We have been TTC about 5-6 months, and no luck. I am very discouraged! Dr ordered clomid for me and a semen analysis, but I can not get DH to take it.I can not take clomid until we are sure that it is not him. Am I overreacting??is a home sperm test enough?

I have never had a child myself and I want to give her something useful and thoughtful. THis is her last child and will be her third boy, all of which are under 4!! Any suggestions from you mothers out there. I will be staying with her in the hospital and she is having a c-section.

I've been having this problem now since i found out im pregnant, im only 7 weeks along and everytime my husband and I have sex i tend to bleed for a little bit not much like a wipe or 2 later. It doesnt happen each time we do it but most of the times, so i got scared and limited sex to once a week or once every week in a half. Does anyone know or have any of you had this problem or any good advise? This is my first and im just really nervous and i really stress over every little thing that happens because i dont wnana hurt anything! So please if you have any advise any would be better then none!

My period was due on Tuesday, Jan 9th. I usually am regular every 28 days. I ALWAYS have protected sex but am still scared I am pregnant. I took two pregnancy tests (EPT and First Response) on 2 days late and 5 days late... both were negative. I was really sick this week with the flu and am still getting over it. Can that probably have something to do with it? I am also SO Stressed that I am thinking it will never come unlesss i calm down. What is wierd is that I have had cramps for about 4 days but then they stopped. Has this happened to anyone else?

Not sure if there is a difference between an original birth certificate or a certified birth certificate. When I call the hospital he was born at I was told that I may obtain a certifed copy by mail. Would I still need to go after an original? How?

My daughter will be three in May and I would like some ideas on how to get her to stop sucking her thumb. My oldest never did this so it is all new to me. She has a special stuffed animal that she drags around while sucking her thumb. And she only does it when she is tired, but its been enough to make her front teeth protrude. I would like her to stop doing it by the time she starts Pre-school in the fall. Any ideas out there?

I am now 12 weeks and 1 day and last week i started feeling this funny feeling right in the middle betweenmy belly-button and pubic bone, It felt like when someone barely runs there finger up your arm...but inside there...my mom says its the baby im feeling move, but all the things iv read have said that you dont start feeling the baby till at least 13 weeks if not 16-20, so is it the baby or what else could it be?

i am currently 31 weeks pregnant and my baby girl is due March 15..my daughters dad is what some people would all a gangsta..hes constantly having to go out with his gang and fight people from other crews and he sells and does drugs..hes never hit me and hes the sweetest guy..every dime he gets from selling drugs he gives to me for our daughter..i was just wondering if sometimes guys change for the better after their baby is born???

What if your single for the rest of your life? If you don't feel you don't want a partner, if there is no one else you want to be with apart from the person who doesn't want to be with you? What if you want a baby one day but never have a partner? Tomorrow I am getting a blood test to determine my HCG levels. If I don't eat for more than a couple a hours, I get dizzy and nauseous...
If I have a yogurt or something 3-4 hours before the test, will it affect the results?

*they are only testing my HCG levels...

I had sexual intercourse last sunday maybe a week or two after my period. Now this sunday and yesterday when I walk I have pain in my lower stomach, I feel nausiated, Weird things on my stomach (sounds) maybe gas? or not, because it's weird. I want to know how many women breastfed there babies for a full year or more I'd also like to know those of you who did not why did you stop ?
