Yep, that's fine. All you can safely take during pregnancy is Tylenol. Try lying down in a dark room with a cold wash cloth on your forehead. This used to work for me when I was pregnant with my son. Pregnancy headaches are the worst! I feel for you! Good luck and congrats on your pregnancy.

Yes you can take extra strength Tylenol. Just try not to take it to often. I asked my OB cause I had the same problem. But if you really are unsure then call the hospital delivery unit. Or try having something really sweet. How long has it been since you last had something to eat? Make sure when you take it you take it with LOTS of water. Hope this helps. Good Luck I know how you feel I get really bad migraines and can only take extra strength Tylenol.

No its not. Only regular. You cant have more than 650 ML of tylenol in your system. So if you take extra strength make sure its only one pill at 500 and not two.
Drinking a couple cool glasses of water, taking a warm shower, along with your tylenol can help a lot.
So can falling asleep.

Tell me about it. I've been getting so many migraines since I got pregnant. I just take tylenol extra strength and sit with either a eye gel mask on or the hot water bottle on my head. It only works sometimes lol
For sure, stay away from advil!

No allergies to Tylenol ? If so, Tylenol extra strength is fine. Stay away from Aspirin and Ibuprofen Naprosyn Motrin etc. because of the risk of bleeding.

TYLENOL ONLY... you can only take Tylenol when you are pregnant unless your dr prescribes you something different. I'm going through the same thing, except for the third time. Get your significant other to give you a neck rub, or try alternating warm and cold wash cloths.

Yes, tylenol is the only thing you are supposed to take during pregnancy unless something else is approved by your doctor. It's kind of funny, I just got done taking some myself right before I read your question (21 weeks along).

Tylenol is the only thing a pregnant woman can take. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise.

Tylenol ES is good...but thats all you can take! Hope it works. Headaches are common during early pregnancy so I hope you get relief! If it continues, consult your dr. Congrats!
