My friend is having identical twin girls. It was recommended that she paint the toenails of one of the girls so not to mix them up. She heard of a non toxic polish for babies. Does anyone know the product name? Thanks.

My friends are throwing a baby shower for me, but I wanted to have an "All Women" baby shower. She has a nice house and most of my friends have 2-3 kids each which would crowd the house. I don't know how to put it into nice words.

My daughter who is just nearly 4 months will not let anyone (besides me and my husband) to hold her. She screams and cries loudly as if in pain when others hold her or sometimes when they even talk to her. She even does this with people she knows (grandparents, uncles, aunts) and has seen every week since she's been born. We used to be able to leave her for at least an hour or two with no problems. Nothing is different and no trauma has occurred. I am returning to work soon and don't know what to do. Medically, this is too early to be stranger anxiety. Has anyone experienced this in such a young infant and what do I do?

My daughter just started to walk when i go to the bathroom she goes with me and she wants to get on the toilet we have put her on the toilet and she pulled her diaper down and actually peed in the toilet everytime i go to the bathroom she follows me and tries to take her diaper down i asked her pediatrician but she said it was way too soon but she is showing an interest in the potty...is it too soon?

is there anyway if u know the blood type of the ur childs father and the blood type of the father and if u know ur blood type is there a way u can tell whetehr the man is that childs father by knowing his blood type and the babies without getting a dna test?

hi, I am confused and worried now. my last period came on dec 14, i had unprotected sex on dec 22, and 24. i had spotting on jan 1st. and i use clearblue digital got 'pregnant' result on jan 8, i went to the hospital use blood test + urine test on jan 10, and i got both negative. i got cramp on 11, and wierd blood, spotting and stopped, and bleeding, and stopped. and today jan 12, i got my period,- i feel very very tired and sleepy... could anyone tell me what's wrong with me? why i got positive on home test and negative on doctors?what about the spotting? (never happened before)... thank you!

It sounds like a really wierd topic, and not one i have any experience of. But ive heard enough about it. It seems to me that a lot of parents would get annoyed and shout if their daughter got pregnant really young. To me it just seems really sad- the time they need their parents the most all the parents do is shout. Also does anyone think its slightly unfair that boys don't have any stigma attached if they get a girl pregnant at a young age but a girl automatically becomes a ****. Anyone got pregnant young? what would you do if your daughter got pregnant young?

Hi, I'm currently 8 months pregnant and I try to walk 3-4 times a week on the treadmill for about 20-30 minutes each time. I started walking years ago to try and help w/ some digestive issues I was having, and I used to walk and run everyday at a fast pace (fastest on my treadmill running was about 5-6 miles per hour). I've cut it down to light walking at only 2 miles per hour and like I said I now only walk 2 or 3 times a day. Is this ok? Or can I up my speed a little and should I start walking everyday? Anyone know if that would be safe? I recently had another docs appointment but forgot to ask my doctor about that. As far as I was told, my weight is normal for my 8 months and my blood sugar and other tests came out normal as well. Baby has a very good healthy heartbeat too. Thankfully. This being my first child I don't want to do anything harmful. Thanks

On my first doctors visit they did a doppler and didn't find a heartbeat. When they did an ultrasound I could see my little peanut and a heartbeat as plain as day. I think the first thing for me was relief. I knew at that moment he was alive and then wonderful joy, and then though I didn't expect it, a feeling of oh my gosh I'm going to be a mom. :) I knew I was pregnant almost right away but was still amazed at the fact that I was pregnant. What were your thoughts when you saw your baby?

O.K. So my son in just over 3 years old, Potty training was going great, he would use his potty several times a day and sometimes he would just go on his own. But then we moved and it threw him all out of wack. He stopped completly, didn't even want to wear pull ups. So now we are back at square one. But this time he is not interested at all. I take him to the potty when I go and he sits on his potty but does nothing. I've tried giving him water and bribe him with things so that he will go, even bought childs books and videos for him to watch about going and nothing seems to work. We have been in our new house 3 months now. Should I just wait it out and try again later...any other suggestion?

My fiance and I are expecting our first child "together" in June. We both have a son from our previous marriages. Since we both already have boys, is it likely that we have another boy? Someone told me the more boys you have, the more likely you are to have another boy, is this true? We will be happy with a boy or girl, I'm just getting anxious, my ultrasound is next week!!!!! YAY!!!!

When I tell him to get his thumb out of his mouth he smiles and laughs and says just kidding. He is probably going to need braces whether he stops now or not but what would be a good way to get his to stop? Or will I be able to get him to stop? Does he have to do it on his own?

Is 6oz good for a 4 month old my friend tells me that 8oz is good for him but he don't want it and gets really windy when i give it too him and he just drinks 1/2 a bottle instead of a full bottle when i offer him a 6oz bottle. does anyone have any idea what to do? i don't wanna starve my baby boy
