Like you I found out I was pregnant right away! The first time I heard the heart beat I cried but when they did my ultrasound I was like OMG I am going to be a mom! Then the tech told me it's a girl, our jaws dropped, I always thought it would be a boy! Now it's like I'm gonna be a mommy and to a girl! LOL Seeing her lil hands and feet, spinal cord, head. I got a perfect pic of her profile it's sooooo awesome!
24 weeks with my 1st!

I thought he looked just like a little peanut my first ultrasound was at 14 weeks and I just couldn't believe how perfect he looked .. my mom thought I was having a girl but as soon as I saw my baby on that ultrasound screen at 14 weeks I knew I was having a boy! and sure enough I was right I had a little boy! I felt so happy so excited I felt so many things it is hard to put into words everything I felt that first day that I saw my little baby boy on the ultrasound screen I got to take home a picture and I would keep looking at it and showing everyone the picture of my little peanut I can't wait to have another baby and go through all of those emotions again it is so hard to believe that one night of hot sex makes such a beautiful thing it is so amazing too how many changes they make from going to a little "peice of rice" to a little peanut to looking exatcly like a little baby and then once they are here omg I can't even put it into words. but you know what I am trying to say

I felt the exact same way! and also went through the same thing with the heart beat. I am now 30 weeks pregnant and everytime I hear his little heartbeat or see him in an ultrasound all my worries and problems go away. Its such a wonderful thing/feeling isn't? Good luck and congrats MOM.

Well, I kept having this feeling that the pregnancy tests were wrong and that I wasn't really pregnant, so having the ultrasound and seeing the baby and knowing 100% that I was pregnant was the most amazing thing ever. It is really hard to describe how I felt that day, the only thing that has ever compared to that was the actual birth of my daughter.

I refused to believe it until the ultrasound. After 15 years of infertility...it was quite a shock to actually get a positive HPT. but I just kept thinking it was something horrible...I researched that entire weekend to see what would cause a false positive...found a site that said some cancers do, Pancreatic being one of the cancers, which my father died from 10 years ago. so I just knew, even when my GP said I was pregnant I questioned him and asked about the cancer, he said it was true but 1 its fairly rare in females and 2 my hcg levels were to high to be false. So I went back to my old OB/GYN who had done the fertility treatments. Its was still positive and when I saw that itty bitty baby w/ its big ole head, little body and its little flippers, I started crying. I could not believe it, it looked like someone elses uterus on that screen and trust me I've seen my uterus more than any one person should see their uterus. After wards I sat in my car for 15 minutes just staring in awe of my little alien.

I kind of felt like Jennifer Anniston on Friends when she first saw the ultrasound. She was upset because she couldn't tell where the baby was! The doctor pointed her out to me, and my husband could tell right away.. But it took me a few minutes. And it was a weird feeling. I couldn't believe I was going to be a mom and was very excited!

My first ultrasound was eh. LIke it was cool to see the baby or what they say is the baby, that little lima bean looking thing. But it was nice to see. Like wow that's my baby. But i had one a few weeks ago and i saw the baby sucking its thumb. That was amazing. It looks like a baby now. And it hit me that i really am pregnant. That was at about 11/12 weeks. My first ultrasound was at 7.5 weeks

i first saw my baby at 9 weeks and my eyes teared up and all i could feel was relief that the baby was okay (they thought maybe an ectopic) and then i was just so happy.... and proud. then yesterday i saw my baby again and i got see his brain and heart and kidneys and such and that was even more relief- he's developing correctly.... and not only that HE'S A BOY! The ultrasounds are truely amazing!

I hadn't started to believe that I was pregnant, even though I had seen the positive results on the pregnancy, so honestly, I was shocked to see my baby.
It was heartwarming though, to see her wave at us! Seriously, as the the ultrasound thingy was passed over her, she seemed to face us full on and wave!
I was just blown away by the whole thing.
